We walked through the door around 10am and were seated immediately. The waitress quickly got us coffee and gave us a few minutes to figure out our meal. The food was cooked perfectly and I ate it all. I had a plain waffle with the real maple syrup, a western omelette with hash and English muffin. I asked for peanut butter to go with my muffin but they put butter on it. The waitress fixed it immediately without issue. The place was hopping and for good reason. I didn't meet the manager but I want to salute him and the entire staff for how well they did. Great food, great service. I gladly over tipped as it just goes to show you that you don't need to be at a fancy 5-star restaurant to receive excellent service and food. Looking forward to returning. Vic's is in the rotation!

For food, we ordered a variety of dishes for the table. 1. The chicken and waffles had so much flavor, and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly--not too runny, but still soft, gooey, and delicious. The chicken was a little soggy, but it made up for it by being incredibly tender. 2. The blueberry pancake was fantastic. Their pancake portions are huge, so this time we only ordered one to share. It was delicious, though definitely on the heavier side. 3. The house burger was easily the standout dish of the meal and might be my favorite item on the menu. It's simple and classic, but packed with flavor. 4. The chicken burger, on the other hand, was disappointing. The chicken was quite dry, and I probably wouldn't order it again. I think something like pickled onions or another acidic topping could help bring some balance and moisture to the sandwich. 5. We also tried the omelet, which was very good, especially with the goat cheese. I must say...I expected there to be a bit more flavor, what - with the Chipotle sauce n' all. Alas, I had to add my own salt. This is mostly a nitpick, but really...can we please season our beef? Just a lil bit even? So, the biggest difference you'll notice at this location is the parking situation. It's....annoying. Because on the one hand, you technically have ample amounts of spaces to park in. Or...you WOULD, if not for the signs en masse that read "[insert corporate company name here] parking only - all violators will be towed at owner's expense." I find this hilarious because I feel like that would be impossible to enforce for folks parking less than 10 minutes to pick up an order like I did. So, I guess my pro tip of the day would be: feel free to park wherever at your own risk if and ONLY if you're getting take-away. If you're actually dining in, I suppose you'll have to wait painstakingly for one of the few parking spots actually designated for Pressed specifically to open. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. It's one of those "blink once and you'll miss it" type things the first time visiting. From my vantage point, this place stays quite busy. Not surprising, considering the Burlington area in general. I don't usually order that kind of thing because I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks, but these are perfectly balanced. One of my friends is a bit of a coffee connoisseur and also highly recommends the Yuenyeung Latte. We also recently tried some of their food options, and were really surprised at how good the bagels are here. The double cheese bacon sandwich is a must try, and all of the Croffles (croissant waffles) they serve on the weekend are soooo decadent and soooo tasty.
