We ordered from the Wakefield location this weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was great. We ordered basic cheese and a pepperoni and garlic parm tenders. We got delivery and our food arrived. Bit faster than they said, which was nice. The pizza was great. Not greasy and was in perfect shape from delivery. The garlic parm tenders were great. The flavors were better than other places we have tried. The tenders still had a bit of crunch to them. The delivery driver was very nice as well. If you haven't tried them, give them a shot. Worst experience I've ever had. We ordered one pizza and a pasta and it has been 2 hours. I called after an hour and a half and they said the driver was on the way. Called again at two hours and they said the driver was backed up and is on his way now. This is not the first time this has happened. We never received the order. I'm not from the area. I ordered from here on a lical's recommendation. I ordered online ahead and when I arrived, it was just being placed in a bag. I ordered a twisted salad and a twisted pizza. Both were very good. The salad had a lot of meat, cheese and olives. They house dressing was also really good. The twisted pizza was also very good. The crust was thick, crispy and not dry. The crust could not have been better. The toppings were generous and the flavor was on point. I will visit again if I made it back to the area. read more

Fries came greasy tasted like the old fries I used to get from yawgoo valley. The spinach eggplant ricotta pizza I ordered was soggy.

We typically visit the Twisted location in Exeter and have consistently had great experiences, but this visit was disappointing. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the different wing flavors, we were served undercooked shrimp, and the martinis we ordered tasted like they had no alcohol at all. This location feels more suited for takeout rather than dining in--I wouldn't recommend it for a sit-down meal. read more

Pizza and food is fantastic but service and accuracy is inconsistent. If they make a mistake, on a take out order, they won't give you money back, but will put a credit on your account. In house service is always very friendly and great. read more

Twisted is our go-to spot in Wakefield. Very good pizza, a wonderful selection of salads (especially the Harvest Salad, my fave!), plus good chicken wings. We usually get take out so can't comment too much on the inside dining part but we really like the pizza. Manga! read more

Our family really likes Twisted Pizza EG, NK and Exeter locations so we were happy when a Twisted opened in Wakefield. Unfortunately the last 6- times yes, 6 they have literally delivered our orders wrong and food has been cold. We tried to be understanding, there is a Pandemic and staff shortages but 6 times is unacceptable! One of the times they said that they didn't bring an item bc it was a request? So we requested it and that means you won't bring it? We won't order from here again as tonight- the delivery person wasn't even aware of what our order should be and was completely unapologetic. read more

Tonight's order was abysmal, we ordered two calzones that had the ingredients we ordered but were overpowered with a BBQ taste that we did not order. I've eaten here before and the pizza was mid-range. Not great, but not bad. So I was a little skeptical of the recent reviews. Maybe everyone was being a little picky. Not sure what's happened in the past couple of months, but yikes. Pizza was super overcooked. Not sure why they would even box it. Honestly, I don't think that this place would even pass as a last resort pizza. Hopefully, the owners take a trip down here and get it back in good working order. I called to place an order today for fries with sauce and cheese (pizza fries), something I've been ordering here for years. I was hung up on twice before getting through and the employee on the other end was miserable and had an attitude for no reason. I chose to ignore it because I'm in the middle of a 16 hour shift and wanted something to eat. When I picked up my order I got to my car and noticed that it had hamburger in it (I've been a vegetarian for 10 years) so I called and was again, met with major attitude it almost felt personal. I said that this isn't what I ordered and was told "I'm not sure what you expect me to do for you, the sauce has hamburger in it" and I wasn't offered a remake or refund. I would go ANYWHERE rather then here. So many better restaurants around where you won't be spoken to like crap. read more

My family LOVES any twisted pizza especially the one in east greenwich! I suggest you take the ride over there instead of this location. I am a sever/bartender and also clean people's homes. I know the times suck right now and it's super stressful to handle the pubic, but when my fiancé and I tried to order for us and two other people on the phone, the order taker, who started off super pleasant, sighed in the middle of taking our order and said, verbatim " Jesus Christ, what else can I get for you?" We literally ordered 4 items and two sides. Us being in the service industry we make sure to try and understand it being an annoying world and everything. All he could do at that point is finish speaking to her, still trying to be calm cool and collective, and hung up. I could NOT BELIEVE that that happened. If I didn't hear it myself I wouldn't believe it because we go here all the time and they're ALWAYS so nice :( I called back immediately hopefully before we wasted anything and asked for the manager and it was the same woman. I told her what we both heard and that it was super uncalled for. Her trying to deny it canceled our order. I'm sorry to leave any bad review, but this was wild. Ordered a pizza from here Saturday afternoon. After spending the morning at a funeral for immediate family we did not want to cook. Ordered delivery, after well over an hour I called the establishment. Was told twice in two different phone calls that the pizza was on its way. After almost 2 hours of waiting I called one last time,to find that the pizza has still not left the place, despite being told that it was on its way. I had my guests waiting to eat, as I repeatedly told them that the pizza should be here any minute because that's what I was told when I called- three times. Would have just appreciated the honesty.... but will NEVER EVER order here again. Absolute waist of my time as well as everyone else I was with.
