Worst experience at this location. Went in with 2 friends and we got kicked out after 20 min. We sat at the bar and I ordered a drink. My friend and I were probably a bit loud, but it's a bar no biggie. My friend got up to talk to some other customers and my other friend and I sat at the bar. Another customer sat next to me and tried to engage in conversation and I wasn't interested in talking to them so I got up to go talk to other people. A few min later the "security guard", came over and told us we needed to leave because we were told we were saying racist things...confused because we didn't. But he also couldn't tell us what we said. I asked the bartender what we said and she said it wasn't up to her. I walked back to my seat and told my friend we had to leave and the "security guard" hovered over us like we were criminals. We did nothing wrong and felt it was more of a racial bias because he only kicked myself and my other friend who was also African America out. But my Caucasian friend got to stay. At no point in time was there a conversation asking us to lower our voices or anything if we were in fact disrupting other patrons. I was a but surprised to see that this was a hooters like place I clearly was hoping that maybe this was a tribute to the series twin peaks the beer menu was diverse enough. Service was good. I wanted to grab a quick bite and walked over from Embassy Suites for TP. Online it says a 2 mins walk, however closer to 5 mins at a brisk pace. I sat at the bar and was greeted warmly by Beth. She had such a welcoming smile and I asked her what I should dine on. She wanted me to order a steak but I was not that hungry. She said the avocado burger was good and it was! I was invited back by the manager as the first time I visited there was a malfunction that impacted the location. We ordered wings, I had a side of sweet potato fries and after we ordered our meal we had decided we wanted the cheese bites. The waitress said the kitchen was backed up and they might not be able to get the cheese bites out before our meal which was not what we were expecting and was perfectly fine, but they somehow got them out before our meal came - which was very impressive. The waitress was friendly and we didn't have trouble refilling our waters. We each got a beer and they were ice cold - loved that my drink never got warm. The wings were delicious, I had garlic parm and my boyfriend had buffalo. The garlic is a little overpowering but overall I enjoyed the crispiness and quality of the wings. I loved the sweet potato fries, whatever seasoning or peppering you do on those makes me want to come back for those alone! Went to Twin Peaks with as a group of 10 people on a Sunday night. There was no wait which was awesome. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server Rue was really nice and fun. She always came and checked on us and made personal interactions. I think she did great especially with a larger table. The food came out in a decent time and they had a lot of drinks options. I really loved the southern vibes and the open doors this place has! I sat indoors at the bar area but it felt like I was outside. The food here is alright. I got the brisket nachos and a side of the adults Mac and cheese. The brisket nachos were good but there was a lot of fatty chunks of brisket and some spots were extremely salty. Food is surprisingly good for a bar restaurant like this. Far surpasses hooters. Service is usually pretty good and if you don't like something they'll be happy to change it for you. I always eat at the bar so I never wait for a table but I have seen longer wait times on weekends. Ambiance is of a country bar with animal heads on the walls and old decor. I figured I'd give it a third try today. And this is three strikes and you're out. Two bartenders and a manager behind the bar. Just chatting. Waited and waited for a drink. One bartender came and took my empty glass and waked away. To continue chatting with the manager. When she came back I asked for a drink and she said she thought I cashed out. We just went in to have appetizers and dinner and never made it to dinner. These service was so lack luster. We ordered the shot special and house margaritas and received the wrong shot. It took forever to get anyone to talk to to make the correction. All they were interested in was us ordering dinner. We finally got the shot with no apology for the mistake. The service was so bad we just asked for the check and skipped ordering dinner. I am a bar manager and tried to explain the issue with the server and she was super defensive and was not listening to what I had to say. We received the check and it had the shot added twice by mistake. I let her know the error and there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. I even talked with the floor supervisor and he was less than responsive. Overall it was not a great experience and I would not return. I work in this industry and know what is expected.
