I honestly should have known better since the season is so early.. but my husband and I were wanting crawfish and this place is so close to our house. I honestly regret it, their crawfish to me, didn't have any flavor and it tasted frozen. The sauce was good and the corn with the potatoes were good with it too, which was such a bummer when the crawfish didn't have that same flavor. We ordered the Twin Crab House Special, medium. Each pound comes with corn and potato and is $8.95/lb. Service was fine and the ambience was decent, not too loud, they have plenty of tables. Again, I was just disappointed in the crawfish, and I'm hoping the rest of their boiled seafood isn't the same way. If you're not much of a boiled seafood eater, they do have fried seafood baskets and fried rice. Their alcohol situation seems pretty nice though, different cocktails and beer. Food was OK but extremely expensive and I went there for crab so I ordered the number one combo and there wasn't very much crab. The lobster tail was as big as two shrimp. And there wasn't very many shrimp and they were cold to.I will never go back and before I finished my food, I went to the restroom and they came by and clean my table off before I was finished eating. An oily mess, this was probably some of the worst boiled seafood I have had and I eat a lot of seafood! I placed a togo order for 1 crab cluster and 1/2 pound of crawfish, wings and a hurricane. I am so happy that is all I got seafood wise because it was awful. I got the cajun flavor in "hot" and it also came with a corn and potato. I eat seafood 2-3 times a week especially now that it is crawfish season and places like this I try to avoid but a co-worker recommended it to me. The sauce was not hot at all, and I chose the hot option, and it was super oily and gritty, it just tasted like a flat mix of chili powder and cayenne pepper. The seafood was bland, it's like they boiled it in water and expect the sauce on top to compensate for it. The best crawfish and crab legs do not need to be seasoned on the outside, because if boiled correctly, the shell will keep then flavorful and juicy. The wings tasted like the sauce they used on the crab legs and I was not a fan! If you are a seafood lover like me, this place is not for you! I do not recommend! read more

Terrible experience!!! It was a really slow day with only few groups eating when we got seated. The server, KH took our order (which wasn't even confusing) and left. When the food had arrived two of the orders were wrong. I didn't even get crawfish like I had ordered and my sister was charged for snow crab (that she didn't order) and her blue crab (that she did order) was missing. I understand mixups happen so we told her and she brought out the correct items but her attitude was just not it. She looked at us like it was our mistake that we didn't get what we ordered. After that she barely came to our table. We had to wait so long that one of us was almost done with the meal before we saw her and stopped and asked for refills. It was three of us eating and so many shells kept adding up and then bin was overflowing that we had to stop and ask her to change it and for bags so we can take the leftover and even with that she seemed to have an attitude with us. Lastly when it was time to pay, we waited about 15-20 mins before she even charged my card and I wanted to give cash tips but before I could even extend my hand to give it to her she literally left. Overall, spent $250 at this place, I'll never be coming back here if the server is this terrible as it honestly ruined our moods. So far this is my second time trying Twin Crab, I loved their seafood boil although their crawfish could've used a little more seasonings. The fried shrimp were ok for taste wise but seeing that it's basically store bought and the fries are kind of soggy and unseasoned. I'll give them a little more time since they're fairly new...hopefully they get better. read more

When you walk in and see the bar there's lots of trendy and very cool neon lighting. It's a little at odds with the paper table coverings until you realize you will need these. I tried the Alaskan King Crab legs, Shrimp and Lobster combo. It was delicious and there was lots of food to share. My friend got fried oysters and Cajun fries. I tried the oysters and they were awesome. I had the option of having my food steamed which I took and ordered extra butter for my crab legs. Definitely give this place a try, they are seating people far apart in the restaurant to prevent any spread of Coronavirus. They don't have their liquor license yet, they applied in December but you can bring your own for the time being. read more

We tried this restaurant a few days ago, and it was good. The lobster was delicious, but the crawfish was a little bland for my liking. Overall, I think the serving size was a little small for the price we paid. For to-go orders I think they should pack the food in a to-go box and not the seafood boil bags. I also think they should offer a butter sauce or seasoning on the side that's reasonably price. All in all, the food was good and the customer service was great! We ate here tonight. It does take a little bit to get your food but it comes out delicious. I got a seafood combo with shrimp and sausage. I had mild with garlic butter added. The mild was still spicy but I could still enjoy it. My husband got the number 1 combo. We enjoyed the atmosphere of this place as well. The music was fun and gave me flashbacks! My only warning is they do not have a kid menu....but we ordered 2 sides of Mac N Cheese and that was enough for my kiddo! We will definitely be back! read more

I love the Twin Crab spice and that you can get mild to extra hot! I ordered fried shrimp with cajun fries because it seems like something you can't go wrong with. I was very wrong the cajun fries are way to spicy to enjoy. ( i love spicy food but not spicy fries). Ok the only reason why I'm giving the 2 star is because I love the wings and my son enjoyed the crayfish even though he said he has had better. But while placing my wing order I was unsure if I was going to get fries the server stated that fries did come with it. I said ok. The wings are great and the boils are decent. They use a lot of oil in everything... the reason I am giving two starts is because the raw oysters have a terrible taste! They must not be fresh . I have had them twice because I thought maybe the first time it was a bad day but nope. They taste awful. The Cajun fries had a powdery taste but they have good onion rings. First off, the shrimp were clearly frozen shrimp, such a disappointment. I also got the special sauce which was all the flavors combined yet the sauce just tasted like bland oil. The lobster was half lobster tail. Wow. I also had a Long Island ice tea, it tasted like a sour soda. Such a disappointing experience. However the building is beautiful and the customer service was awesome. But food I would rate a -10/10. I purchased these shrimp from twin crab and onion rings, they both take like it was store bought. This is something that needs to be on the kids meals and for adults, the seafood boil is pretty good just needs a little more seasoning.
