You have an option to get it stuffed with shrimp, crawfish etoufee, beef, or chicken. The waitress recommended shrimp so I went with that. They give you complimentary chips and salsa. It's very colorful (literally) place inside, and it took a while before I could look away. Food and service were good. Chips and two salsas very tasty. Note: This was a draft, and I forgot what we had to eat. Probably a relleno if they had it, or a torta, my two go-tos. Mango margarita was very tasty (mango is one of my favorite fruits, and a cool surprise (literally).
