I call the school again as I'm getting ready to head to the school personally and they tell my son still hasn't arrived. I call the bus driver and matron and no answer. Just when I ordered an Uber the school called me and said my son arrived at the school. He was picked at 7:30am and was dropped off at school 9:30am. That is unacceptable. Another issue i had was when school was ending for the summer. The temperature hit 100+ it was an early heatwave. My son has asthma and the bus had no ac. My kid was screaming, crying face red like a tomato saying he didn't feel well. I should've filed a lawsuit. This company is horrible

The pickup shows 6:23, yet the bus consistently arrives after 7:00 a.m. When you try to get clarification on the actual pickup time, they never provide a straight answer.
