May be a little walking but it's worth it. As a previous Yelper states, the machines are never broken. And there's shelter to wait and it's heated when it's cold out. There was a misunderstanding and the dispatcher said he sent the taxi and couldn't find me when I called back after a half hour of waiting but it was the wrong location, the hospital, where I was told to move away from. Then he tells me that there's no other cars leaving me to walk a mile to the nearest bus route. He didn't even offer to send any other car.

The transit app never updated to show that the actual bus that would pull in was 25 min away. The app stayed at 4 min. Most if not all the businesses at the terminal are closed or just inaccessible. If you know Brooklyn prior to the Barclays, you'll recognize this as one of the precursor of gentrification.

The driver had an attitude with my female fiance from the start, he ended up dropping us off at an incorrect location which took 45 minutes to get to the correct location. Unfortunately, this led us to miss our entire cocktail hour with our 100 guests. The car was not clean, the driver was not dressed appropriately, he did not act appropriate and they also conveniently forgot the champagne, which I'm very sure and willing to bet was a cheap $18 Italian prosecco. I could never recommend this company whatsoever.
