This Ace hardware store is located right in the center of town, and it is definitely a well sticked and a full service hardware store. Their prices may be a little higher but the convenience factor far outweighs the additionally cost. I was helped immediately by an awesome employee, and he directed me to the exact section that had closet brackets, and then he directed me to where the small screws were located.
