I really enjoy their selection of soft serve ice cream, typically going towards the fruit flavors like strawberry or pineapple; mango was another good one. These flavors actually taste like the fruit and not overly sweet in any way. There's a topping station that covers anything from fruits, smashed cookies, gummies, or even variety of syrups. I personally like the small bubbles that pop in your mouth mixed with some mini gummy bears. Price is scaled by the weight of the cup you choose. So do be mindful of how much ice cream you pull out. Typically don't snack at the spot though despite it being plenty of room. It's usually crowded with high schoolers or groups of young kids that are just loud, so hard to relax and have a conversation. Last time I went there, one group of young boys played a prank of a group of young girls and it became too high energy for me to sit there. Overall, great dessert place, highly recommend! read more

Today my daughter and the daycare she attends went to this establishment and were disrespected because of the color of their skin. As a parent I went to the establishment with the director of my daughter daycare to speak with owner. The resolution was the owner called the police on us even though we didn't get loud or disrespectful and told us it was the daycare's responsibility to make sure our kids didn't get racially profiled/ bullied even after it was mentioned to them. Please do not patronize this establishment because obviously our money wasn't good enough to get respect or even the decency of how this could be prevented if it was to happen again. read more

A really good frozen yogurt place for the area we have here! The topping tables area tends to be a little messy but the toppings are still intact. I guess it just depends on who's working. The staff haven't ever been rude but they clearly don't love their jobs but not much interaction besides for cashing you out. They have a lot of variety to choose. We came here specifically for the bubble tea, but ended up getting some frozen yogurt for the little ones. I got the blended honeydew, and it left a lot to be desired. It wasn't remotely close flavor wise to what we'd get back home. Maybe the iced bubble tea is where it's at. My husband ended up getting a blended mango, and he said it was so-so. The frozen yogurt was really good. They have different sized cups, and we all went ahead with the smaller size. I chose the salted caramel while my husband got mango, and my daughter strawberry. It was a little frustrating at first as we had to wait for someone to bring the sample cups over and dispense the flavors as we asked. Other franchises we've been to just let the customer get the samples on their own, but not here. Kinda weird, but okay. The older lady helping us was very patient and really nice though. Wow oh wow do they have toppings. Three different stations filled with all sorts of goodies for your soul. I had to pick my jaw off the floor when I saw how many different types of flavor bursts they offered. Lychee, blueberry, lime, mango, and strawberry, oh my! I was surprised at how good the blueberry and lime were, I'd recommend you try those specifically. Restrooms were clean, they have an iPad station for kids, and they also offer a military discount. I am a huge bubble tea lover and I've been hunting for a place that uses real tea and I finally found it! My go to is oolong milk tea with extra boba. I think next time I'll ask for half the sugar but that's just a preference. Boba is cooked perfectly! Paid about $14 for the "Snowfluf" just to get a whole thing of red bean paste which would probably cost at most $4. I'm not sure if this is how they make bingsu here but I'm pretty sure the staff isn't trained properly to make bingsu because there was barely any shaved ice. I come here often to get fro yo with my family or bubble tea. I would say this is a pretty typical froyo place. Nothing extraordinary but by no means bad. I've noticed that they would change their flavors regularly but it seems like they have the same flavor selections nowadays. The cupcakes are very tasty! The bubble teas are a hit or miss. If the Mexican girl doesn't make our drinks, the end up tasting too watered down and damn near flavorless. She is the only one who makes them right! Not giving this place any star but Yelp simply won't let me post a review without a rating so I had to choose 1 but they don't even deserve the one.. simply because management was no where to be found or on sight for what should have been regular hours. My family came to visit from out of town it was very hot Tuesday and we googled the address to this location. When we arrive the open sign was turned off, hours posted on the door clearly stated facility should have been open at the time we arrived yet there was no other sign to be located stating the reasoning as to why they were closed or how long it would take for someone to re-open. It clearly was not lunch hour and the place was empty. We went next door to brewster's real ice cream MUCH BETTER PLACE for sure!!!! Recently, I had the chance to try the "Tutti Cupcakes," which is an area inside that sells cupcakes. I had a birthday cake flavor and a lemon flavor. Both were delicious. On my most recent visit, I got chocolate yogurt. In the past, I got a chocolate flavor "Death By Chocolate" it was really good, but it wasn't available this time. Tutti Fruitti changes the yogurt flavors often, which is great. I like variety. I also love all the toppings available. I usually choose chocolate toppings on anything covered in chocolate. My new favorite are chocolate covered almonds. Tutti Frutti has an several seats and about 4 iPads setup and the kids that visit really like that. They also have window seating area and bar area. There's no outdoor eating area. Also, if the place is packed parking is hard to find. They right next to Bruster's Ice Cream and located directly across from the movie theater. It's hard to find a good bubble tea place in Augusta! This is one of the few places that makes pretty good bubble tea! I love pretty much all their flavors, but my favorite by far is between the blended lavender milk tea and the Thai tea! There flavoring is pretty sweet so I usually ask for them to make it not as sweet. Usually there boba is pretty good and soft, but sometimes it's not the best. One factor that helped the location stand out was the digital screens for each flavor adding "wow" factor. This was however trumped by the fact that you can't grab your own samples, an employee must get one for you. BREAKING NEWS: Georgians steal FroYo via sample cups and never complete a purchase. I like how froyo is starting to become popular in Augusta. This shop is located across the street from the Regal cinema so I'm sure this will be a popular destination after movies! The inside is very nice and fun. Lots of shiny things to see. There is even a small table with some iPads to play with. They had a lot of yogurt flavors here, like original, pomegranate, birthday cake, grape, etc. I actually don't like crazy yogurt flavors too much so I stuck with original and birthday cake. The yogurt was not bad except I did think it melted a little too fast? The toppings bar is pretty good though. They have mochi and MANGO mochi (!) and lots of different cereals. There is so much candy here too. They even have those chocolate flute sticks from Asian grocery stores. I think the pricing was like $0.43/ounce. Let me just say this used to be my favorite place for something cool and yummy to drink. The staff used to be enthusiastic and even remembered my order when I walked in (Mango bubble tea with half a scoop of mango, strawberry, lychee and kiwi popping pearls) They now have new management and the place is awful. The bubble teas taste like water, they're now over charging for "opening 4 different lids of popping pearls" and the friendly atmosphere is no more. My once favorite spot has now become a place of constant hassle. All my favorite workers are gone and prices are forever fluctuating . I immediately grabbed a cup, and filled the two flavors that suited to my taste buds. The lovely butter pecan and cheesecake yelled to me. The idea of creating a divider so the ice cream does not entwine with the two flavors was ingenious. It was a sweet end and we definitely will be back! read more

Upon entering, you just grab your cup in the size of your choice and then serve yourself as much froyo as want(pricing is weight dependent) or as much as your cup will hold. They have several different flavors which should cover just about everyone's desires. The also have a few sugar free options for those who can't or should have sugar. Where the really excel is the toppings. There are tons and tons of great things to add to the froyo(and some really weird ones) that should make for a great experience. Be careful here though, as add a ton of toppings will certainly run the price up quickly. Great place to visit, especially on a hot summer day. read more

The other stores in the strip mall include Jimmy Johns, Roma's Pizza, etc. Like many fro-yo places, it's self serve. They have a vast array of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, cheesecake, yellow cake, papaya, mango, pineapple, raspberry-pomegranate.. just to name a few. I've only been once but rumor has it that the flavors change pretty often! They also have a HUGE variety of toppings to choose from. Fruits, candy, nuts, syrups, sprinkles, etc. Anything and everything you can imagine. It's all self-serve. You pay by the ounce. Its forty-something cents per ounce. I ended up getting chocolate, vanilla, and raspberry-pomegranate. I put granola, mini m&ms, kiwi, and strawberries on mine. The total only came out to $3.80. It took care of my sweet tooth craving without being too heavy. I will definitely be going back! I'm giving this place four stars because I'm glad that there is finally a good fro-yo place in Augusta. However, my heart still belongs to Yoforia in Atlanta.
