Wanted to try something a little different and I drive by this place all the time. We decided to come after a nice walk. I was surprised by the amount of flavors and options they have. Shakes, sundaes, quakes, mix and match or just a cup of dip and dots. They also have dog treats and candy for sale here. I opted with the layered pumpkin pie and chocolate lover. My husband got cotton candy and cookies and cream. I also got a poop emoji dog treat. I will definitely come back here! read more

Fun Fact about me: I didn't know that stand-alone Dippin Dots locations were actually a thing until 2018. Dippin Dots to me have always come in a little push cart at Six Flags, the mall, or other attraction. In fact it had been a few years since I have had these little ice cream dots of creamy goodness. I don't know what it is about eating foods in an alternative form, but I love it. Typically the Dippin' Dots kiosks have a modest selection of 4-6 flavors to choose from. This store blows them out of the freezer! You want little dots of sherbet instead of ice cream, they have that too! There are charts of different sundae combinations so you can pick the perfect dot combination. Oh and the best part- they have cakes! Their cakes all have a chocolate or vanilla dot base and then you can pick any flavor of dots for the main part of the cake. I think she said they start at a very reasonable $20 price point or something around that ballpark. Sorry, I was just so floored that a Dippin Dot cake exists, so my focus wasn't totally on the pricing. The shop itself isn't anything special, bright tacky décor and florescent lights. The Disney Channel was playing on the TV. It's a great place for kids, definitely not trying to be trendy or modern. The staff didn't seem to be super engaged, but I wasn't expecting five-star service. It was surprisingly popular for a Wednesday evening in September though, people love their dots! read more

It is so wonderful to try something new and different and I've heard great things about Dippin Dots not to mention I pass by here a dozen times so I decided to try it out. I can personally tell you this place has so many different flavors but one of them that really stood out was the Froot Loops ice cream and gave that a try. Oh my gosh it was so delicious and amazing. I mean I had Froot Loops Cereal and Froot Loops poptarts but never Froot Loops Ice Cream!! I can't wait to come back here again soon!! Very impressed!! :) read more

My husband took a wrong turn and we ended up in the area. Low and behold, we find an actual dip and dots store, say whaaaaaat karaoke? Took my daughter in, and we had quite the adventure to pick out flavors. She tried and fell in love with the cotton candy, great choice, while I got the caramel brownie sundae, an okay choice, and my husband the chocolate chip cookie dough, a so-so choice. Like I said, mine was just okay, I jumped out of my comfort zone as it was a flavor I hadn't tried before. I wouldn't get it again, the brownie pieces really took away the pleasantness. I eventually scooped them out and gave them to my husband. The prices are reasonable, for three smalls it was bareeeely $9. It was a perfect snack size, and it left us all feeling satisfied. No military discount though. In any case, I wasn't blown away with the store, but it's nice to have the option to come visit. I don't think we'll head back soon, but we definitely will come back in the summer. read more

Dippin' Dots are so nostalgic to me and you can barely find them outside of a theme park and the occasional mall vending machine. I appreciate that a stand alone store exists so close by. Love this place! Unfortunately when I went to walk in today at 4:50pm, the employee who was working locked the door as I walked up to the door. Called the business and someone answered and called the employee to unlock the door. Very weird & rude considering they don't close until 9pm. read more

Um...the store specializes in Dippin Dots, need I say more? So, in case you don't know what Dippin Dots are, they are what I imagine would happen if a rabbit and a rainbow had a baby. In other words, they are colorful little pellets of delicious ice cream. Anyway, back to the shop, which has so many different flavors of Dippin Dots here and you can mix and match flavors! The services here is also outstanding, and they know their Dippin Dots. They made some great flavor combo suggestions. I went a little off cusp and got COTTON CANDY and STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE, which were both delicious! Again, this place specializes in Dippin Dots!!! I love Dippin Dots just for the novelty of the whole experience. Good prices, fun to eat, and the flavors are delicious! Don't discount these little bits of ice cream as probably gross. From the first time I had Dippin Dots I was actually surprised at the quality of ice cream. I usually don't get the kinds with other bits thrown in (chocolate chip cookie dough and such) I just get the flavors that are straight Dots. My favorite is the Rainbow Sherbet. Delicious, just the right amount of real AND artificially fruity, and turns your mouth a disgusting, but fun shade of brown. :D The atmosphere in the store is pretty nice too as there's usually not a crowd so you can sit around and enjoy your Dots with friends or family! read more

I was only introduced to these amazing things a few years ago when I found them at the SF Westfield Center. You put (a lot of) money into a machine and this vacuum tube would move and suck a cup from below in order to place it in a chute that leads to your greedy open palms. I'd waste many singles watching this glorious contraption. Dippin' Dots were sort of a fad but I'm so glad they've stuck around. It's an easy idea but so ingenious at the same time! They're tiny little ice cream balls that are rock hard frozen and if you mix and match flavors, it's like a party in your mouth. :-D I have a terribly difficult time eating ice cream quick enough to prevent a pool of cream and sauces so this is the perfect solution. I love taking a few colorful bites and letting it swirl and surprise my taste buds. It takes a little time to let the dots melt so the anticipation and delayed gratitude makes me a deliriously happy girl. Dippin' Dots are getting harder and harder to find and I feel so special having one just down the street. This is a fun alternative to your traditional ice cream cone or even fro yo. Nice place if you like your ice cream in form of tiny pellets. Don't try the all blue flavor though, it turns your mouth and teeth blue and after several brushing of teeth, and using mouth wash, you will be lucky if the color goes away. They used to have the punch card that allowed you to buy 10 cups of any size and get a small cup free deal. Well with my five nieces, that card got punched twice and I was told the free deal can be used the next time I visit.. Which I thought was not fair!. Anyways, I have a gut feeling that when I ask for my free cup, they are bound to say they don't offer this deal anymore... Lol!! read more
