First let me start off by the saying the owners are amazing! The customer service was top notch. The menu and flavor options are terrific. By far this was one of the best ice cream shops I have been to. The ambiance is super cute! Bright, colorful, smells delicious. Exactly what you would picture an ice cream shop to be. They offer indoor seating which is perfect! Especially in the summer heat. Looking forward to visiting again the next time I am in Georgia. read more

This was our first time trying this place and it did not disappoint. Right when you come in its very inviting and smells sweet. We loved all the selections they had. The chocolate chip cookies were chewy and had a slight crunch but perfect with my cookies and cream ice cream sandwich I got. My husband got a regular brownie Sunday. We would definitely come back. Service was great too. read more

OMG!! I went there for cookies and ended up getting a cream cheese red velvet brownie and the best freaking ice cream I've had in a VERY LONG TIME!! This is a black woman-owned business! The owner was extremely friendly! I got a scoop of the Jack'd Up ice cream and the Coffee Cookies and Cream!!! They were both heavenly! I feel like I went on spiritual journey to Ice Cream nirvana! I just sat in my car and ate the entire cup in pure bliss!! They do have cones and various flavors and toppings! This shop is sooo cute! Plenty of places to sit if you choose to indulge inside! I can't wait to go back to Augusta to visit this gem of an ice cream shop! read more

Upon walking in, I discovered this was not the sort of place that makes its own ice cream locally, but instead had a mix of Hershey's and Blue Bell. Which is not the ideal for me, being something of a locavore. But given that constraint, this place does a good job of offering a lot of options and some fresh preparation. My mint moose tracks (a flavor I used to buy at the grocery store frequently) offered and abundance of flavor in shake form, and I was fortunate to get the last of it that they had. A number of cookie sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, and other options were available as well, including (surprisingly) a Detroit-based brand Faygo soda, which you don't usually see down here. This was not a place that had a lot of dairy-free options. For those who eat dairy, it is likely to provide a satisfying experience. read more

Great place as they have Hersheys ice cream and that is the best. Got the Raspberry Roadrunner and it didn't disappoint. Servers happy and smiley in here. Only thing that let it down was they are charging extra for the sugar cone. Most ice cream places don't do that in my experience. Would I go back - oh yes. . read more

I fell in love with this place during the pandemic. They had a food truck and traveled to various neighborhoods throughout the CSRA. Definitely a family favorite. I'm still giving them 5 stars because I am always satisfied when I come. Today, it was kinda busy and they only had two workers, which made a slightly longer wait. However, when I was served, being the only one in my party and knowing what I wanted it was quick and checked out before the couple in front of me. The atmosphere is always nice and chill. The inside is always clean, the counters, floors, serving area, etc. There's no accidental mixing of ice creams. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for the great experience, cleanliness, and delicious treats! Always a fan! read more

I came here after a long day of work. I'm soooo glad I did. First of all their grovetown location is wonderful but they just opened this location and that's not good because it's much closer to my house. Which means I will be coming by after work all the time The staff/owners are SO kind and make you feel so welcomed to come into their place. I feel right at home. They're so friendly and offer wonderful suggestions. I'm sure there are options for everyone! They have non dairy options too. My go to is Krazy Kookie dough but this time I had the oatmeal cookie craving and I am glad that I did. It's my new favorite. I also love llamalicious but they didn't have that one when I went in this time. So happy they opened another location and it's closer to me now come get a sweet treat and support a local small business!! read more

It's was good. Fair prices. Overall not my favorite icecream spot just becauee of the icecream flavor selection. They have Hershey and Blue Bell icecream. Icecream quality isn't on them because they don't make it in house. The staff was nice even with trying many flavors. read more

This is the ice cream shop they make Hallmark movies about. I met the owner in the parking lot while running other non-ice cream errands and she was so sweet and welcoming. On top of that she was super well versed in food allergens and has thoughtfully included vegan and allergy friendly options on the menu. It's a fun ice cream shop and if it were closer to home we would be here every day. read more

All of the baked goods are homemade by the sweetest gal! She's super friendly and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her craft. We had the peach cobbler pound cake, turtle cookies and red velvet brownie. They were all amazing! The ice cream was really yummy too. They have soft serve as well but we didn't try it this time. We visit Georgia often from Hawaii and will definitely be back again! read more

First time here. There's a lot of choices and I didn't realize they sold Blue Bell ice cream. Certainly can't go wrong with BB. I had a caramel brownie sundae. It was indulgent & swoon worthy. The service could have been friendlier. They seemed stressed by the line. read more

Good location in the plaza down from Publix. I went on a Monday a little before 5PM so it was not busy. There's a ton of options from ice cream, soft serve, shakes, etc. I opted for the old fashion vanilla custard and mango dole whip. The vanilla custard hit the spot and was nice and creamy. The mango dole whip didn't have the mango flavor I was expecting but still tasty. read more

I tried a variety of desserts from a cheesecake brownie which was very delicious to a banana pudding cinnamon roll to a cinna-sundae which was a cinnamon roll topped with vanilla bean ice cream, strawberries and nuts. Always see posts online and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! First, we were greeted once we entered. The gentleman there have EXCELLENT customer service. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. He gave us the rundown of what they offer then threw out recommendations. My new fav for cookies!!! Amazing service and friendly atmosphere and staff. Very clean.

Customer service is horrible, Called to inquire about a cake and was greeted by an u friendly staff member who I asked what type of ready made cakes that are ready , and she said she does not know and I need to look out front in the freezer , MIND YOU THIS IS A PHONE CALL from a potential customer. So I asked any pictures? She responded by saying no and something about another store . I asked her once more so you cannot take a look or anyway to tell me what flavors are available she said no she cannot right now . I HAVE SEVERAL events coming up and Referrals I could have sent this way . However , I wouldn't give this business my last dollar, from that phone call with that unpleasant staff. read more

Such a cute place!!! Went in last minute for a birthday smash box and they were so accommodating and had it ready in less than 2 hours! (They recommend placing order at least 2 days in advance). If you haven't tried the cinnamon rolls here's your recommendation to do so now!!! These homemade treats are beyond perfect and not too sweet. This place is amazing! I was having a bad day and this was all I needed to cheer me up. The service was very fast and as a first time customer, Alea was super helpful. I went in for pineapple dole whip, but after she convinced me try the mango and watermelon versions, I switched to a twist of those two flavors and had absolutely no regrets. It brought me a little bit of the Disney joy without the 7 hour drive and high price tag. I will be back soon and will be bringing my family! read more
