This has quickly become my favorite ice cream shop in Aiken. This charming little spot is absolutely worth a visit. It's usually filled with all kinds of people and makes the perfect stop to wrap up a date night or family outing. With the wide variety of flavors they offer, you're guaranteed to find a favorite. I chose the chocolate raspberry, and it was easily the best chocolate raspberry ice cream I've ever had. The chocolate chips paired beautifully with the bright raspberry flavor. I'm not usually a fan of chocolate ice cream, but this one completely changed my mind. The service was quick and friendly, though the line can back up when a crowd arrives all at once. Overall, it's a delightful experience and well worth the wait. read more

I've been going here since I was a kid, and the ice cream has always been delicious! My friends and I will always stop by here in the summer to get a scoop. My most recent order was the Mexican Hot Chocolate, a really good blend of spicy and sweet! read more

Wonderful ice cream right downtown. Plenty of street parking but I was there mid afternoon on a Friday and it may be busier on a weekend. Big inside space and outside space with lots of seating types. Felt clean and bright. The staff were kind and efficient, handling a big line very quickly. The ice cream was delicious and they have options for a variety of dietary restrictions. read more

First time here , what a nice clean establishment. Staff is nice but could be a little bit more friendlier . I wanted a certain flavor of ice cream but the guy said he didn't have enough for one scoop . It probably could've made enough for a kids cup . He could have offered a half of scoop of one and a half scoop of another flavor to make up the one scoop but it wasn't offered.Oh they will not put sprinkles on an ice cream cone. The ice cream was really good tho. Very reasonable priced , family friendly. Need a trash can outside. Other than that no complaints. I would recommend to everyone . It's really a cute little ice cream shop with plenty of seating areas. Have a few stairs in the front leading up to the front door and newly redone handicap access on the right side over by the fence . They do have tap pay. I think i will be revisiting again in the future ! read more

The single scoop of the salted turtle is very satisfying. Sweet and salty. Rich and creamy. I expected them to be a lot busier when I went in. Then, a crowd came in. Right now, this is one of my favorite places for ice cream in Aiken. They have a festive paint job in the sitting area. This adds to the fun of eating here. Fill the kids' mouths with ice cream, and it diets right down. If you are in Aiken this summer, stop in and satisfy your desire for some creamy ice cream. read more

Who doesn't love a local ice cream shop? I believe it's all homemade, so prices are pretty good knowing that. There's also a variety in flavors and menu items, like they have ice cream nachos and shakes. They have some seating both indoors and outdoors, and staff is very friendly! There is enough parking as well. I got the single (I think it comes with 2 scoops) and got the watermelon sorbet and banana cream pie. I highly recommend stopping by here with friends and family! read more

Part of Aiken's quintessential small-town downtown, this shop offers the charm you'd expect. Ample indoor and outdoor seating are available. While I didn't find mint, I did find a raspberry truffle flavor, which I got in a shake. It had chocolate candy pieces in it, and I like getting those sorts of things in shakes; even though the remaining bits sometimes stop up a straw, it is a dynamic experience. The raspberry came through for sure. They had one non-dairy flavor, which isn't a ton but is probably one more than a lot of shops in this state are likely to have. I'd recommend it more for the dairy-eating crowd. read more

Great place to take kids and then go for stroll. Many choices for ice cream. Very kind staff. Love it's family owned.

I don't know where to begin. It was all amazing! The service was superb. It was getting busy, and the hardworking man behind the counter never lost his smile or jovial attitude. They have ice cream flights. Yes, you read that right for 7.50. You can try 5 different ice creams of your choice! Make sure you have a minimum of 3 people because it is a lot of ice cream and so worth it! The prices are very reasonable it is a cute little house made into a business. It has indoor and outdoor seating with a comforting 50s vibe. read more

I would have to say one of the best ice cream shops in Aiken thus far. And what I really love about this place is exactly how small it was but yet it held everything that you could imagine ice cream shop. In a way they had a lot of flavors that I could have never found much in other locations say for example Augusta North Augusta Martinez Grovetown. Honestly been wanting to try this place out as well but the thing is is that they don't open till 2 p.m. so if you plan on coming here make sure you have something to do like for example walk or even check out the stores in the area. A hard time choosing a flavor of ice cream but eventually especially with the help of another customer who was familiar with this ice cream shop I eventually tried Captain's chocolate which is like a smooth triple chocolate ice cream and I loved it. It was the best chocolate ice cream I've ever tasted. I feel like I couldn't get enough of it perhaps next time I will try the banana cream pie or even Peach. You never know don't knock it till you try it. read more

We were pleasantly surprised that this place was open till 9 PM on a Sunday night! We came in randomly with a sweet tooth, and boy did this place hit the spot! I had the banana cream pie flavor in a cake cone, and I have to say it was one of the best flavors I've ever had. My wife had the stellar coffee, which was one of the best coffee ice creams we've ever had. The coffee flavor is strong with this one. Please come here for dessert! They have tons of choices or ice cream and how to customize it. They don't have much seating though.

If you are looking for a delicious ice cream cake for a special event, or if you just want one, Flanigan's is the place to get it. They special-made an ice cream cake for a birthday for me and it turned out perfectly. It looks and tastes amazing. You do need to give them several days notice as there is quite a process to creating an ice cream cake (I learned!). There was a layer of delicious cake with incredible ice cream; the "icing" on the cake is actually ice cream, too. It tasted really good, it was rich and tasty and everybody wanted seconds. Instead of going to a franchise/"big box" for an ice cream cake, give Flanigan's a try. You won't be disappointed. Also, when I walked in to pick it up they had just made a batch of waffle cones and the aroma in the shop was amazing. read more
