Another wonderful exam and tremendous staff service experience Dr Moeser's office! Scheduling an appointment with a variety of days and times for working patients is a big plus. My appointments are always properly scheduled with a convenient reminder system on my android. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help on any situation. I have a preference for a particular frame vendor that has reduced its footprint in the retail area; however, the staff is willing to order my frames on line to satisfy my wants. I can't thank them enough for catering to my finite selection in frame wear. More importantly, my new prescription is executed perfectly each and every time. I found Dr. Moeser and his staff very unfriendly and impatient with my elderly father who is 89 years old. He seemed more concerned with my dad's walking ability than he did with his eyesight or glasses. I would not recommend Dr. Moeser to an elderly person because he is rude and disrespectful to the elderly and won't take the time to talk to their family members. read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Moeser for several years. Very easy to schedue appointments . Front office staff is fantastic~very friendly and fun to work with. Dr Moser is extremely thorough, using the most updated equipment. He is kind, gentle and very easy to talk to. All concerns about eye issues are discussed in a manner easy to understand. Our family purchases both contacts and frames. Their frame selection is very nice and the front office staff is very patient when you try on many different frames attempting to make a selection! You never feel rushed and they never try to sell you anything that you don't need. Their frame prices are competitive and insurance is accepted. Great experience all around. read more

Dr. Moser really knows his stuff. I've had a recurring eye infection and kept putting it off thinking I needed to see an opthalologist but went to see Dr. Moser who quickly identified the problem, was able to prescribe a med that gave me relief within moments and all is well again. On top of that he is a PRO with contact lenses and glasses. (Wish I hadn't waited so long to see him!) Great office staff as well! read more
