I live across the street from here, and it simply adds beauty to this part of Washington City.

I've always had pretty good luck with the tools I've bought at Harbor Freight. I don't use them on…read morea daily basis and can't say how they'd hold up used by a pro every day, but for my needs they're fine. In six years I've burned up a drill motor and sander, both of which were replaced for free. Service up until my last visit has always been exceptional, especially with Bowman. But in my last visit I had the distinct displeasure of having to deal with Caleb. I had an old ad on my phone for buying a 5-ah battery and getting a free tool with about ten to choose from. The ad said "For a limited time only," but with no expiration date. Fine. I needed a sander so I decided to go battery operated. I got the tool and 5-ah battery and went to the register. I showed the woman at the register the ad on my phone but said I didn't know if it was still valid. She said she'd ring it up and see what happened. I said fine. The register didn't show a discount or freebie, which I said was fine. I was going to get it anyway. She said to wait and she'd check with her manager. In comes Caleb. He said no, that's not what the sale is. I showed him my phone with the ad displayed. He didn't even look at it. I said "look, if the sale is no longer in effect, just tell me that." His response was "I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU THAT BATTERY FOR FREE FOR BUYING THAT TOOL." I said that wasn't what I wanted. The deal was buying the battery and getting the tool for free. It's like what I said went in one ear and out the other with nothing in between to comprehend. Then he said he could give me a 3-ah battery with the tool. I said fine, which was a better deal for me. Then he went to get a 3-ah battery, brought it to the counter and left. It wasn't until I got home that I checked my receipt and found that what I paid for was the tool, the $60 3-ah battery with a $20 discount, and several other items that I also bought. In other words, the 3-ah battery was not free, just discounted. I'll continue to shop at the Washington City Harbor Freight for the prices and convenience. However, if Caleb somehow gets involved, I'll just walk out and come back another time.

She said - sir you have 90 days as long as you have a receipt. So I return it because it sprayed terribly. Even after adjusting the air psi. And of course, when I went to return it JUSTIN the manager, literally no facial expression doesn't even address except to say "we'll take it back but it's 20% restocking fee". He actually said that phrase 3 times while I attempted to explain what his cashier told me. Long story, most of the employees here are nice. Justin was a COMPLETE PRICK!

Stay away from their "special pricing" to avoid being their next victim. These people are the worst…read morecontractors I've ever worked with. Horrible at communicating even simple things. The owner, Mark, showed up to quote the job and take our down payment and then he never spoke to us in person again. He told us they would be done in 4-5 days when they started. Then would tell us that they would be back to our house on a certain day and wouldn't show up for days and not return calls or texts to keep us informed of their plans. My wife spent days waiting at home for them to show up and they didn't have the courtesy to say they weren't going to make it that day. Their foreman was condescending and rude and took no responsibility for their mistakes or their poor quality work. They damaged a brand new $6000 pergola by running into it with a wheelbarrow and didn't even mention it to us. They waited for us to find it before they acknowledged the damage. Then in the end they stiffed us for about 15 dead plants and a large tree because we let him know 2 days after the 30 day warranty expired (that I didn't even know a limit existed). The owner said that he was going to replace the plants as I paid the final payment, and then just went silent. He then made his office assistant call to tell us he wasn't going to replace them like he had promised. Most of the plants died because they didn't run drip lines until more than a week after plants were planted and many of the plants set around in their pots without be watered for days before they finally planted them. They had to redo the turf in our back yard because the crew got no direction from the owner. In then end their 4-5 day job took nearly 2 months to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Feel free to reach out to me on Facebook messenger for many more issues that we had even beyond what I've talked about above. I also just received a call from the owner about this same review that I left on Google and Facebook. He called me a liar and threatened me that I needed to take my opinion of his services down or (he trailed off at that point). He offered to replace all of the dead plants if I removed his poor review, which I refused because I have already replaced all of the plants except the pear tree. I believe it is important for a truthful review to stay instead of letting him "buy" having my fact based opinions removed. You deserve the truth.

Returned 2 econo packages of LED bulbs. 3 staff members at Returns Desk. Waited for HELP down the bulb/lights aisle (LED vs incandescents). They never showed up. Now after finding all remaining items to checkout. Only 1, count'em register open to handle every kind of purchase from lumber, paint, decorations to my bulbs and household items. We were backed up 7 customers with social distancing. ALL SELF CHECKOUTS WERE OPEN. Where was this store manager to be oblivious to this bottleneck? Poor distribution of staff given it was the lunch hour (for some shoppers), there were plenty of orange vests in the store doing goodness knows what. The customer behind me said out of principle she won't use self check and allow store to save money on staff and NOT pass any savings on to customer. She said if wait was excessive she'd leave cart and items and walk out. My sentiments exactly! Hello MANAGEMENT! Last I checked Home Depot was in the service business. They need to up their game and put their customers first. Take a lesson from Costco. You could do better. Slouching doesn't look good on you.

I've waited 22 minutes today and asked twice. Sadly, the saw is broken at Lowe's or I would have gone there instead. The employees are aware this is an issue because the first one I asked sent out the request then told me good luck getting anyone to come. The other issue is 90% of the time, products are not in the aisle and bay where the app says they will be.
