One of my go to dishes is chicken, tiki masala, butter, chicken, garlic, vegetable, samosas, and butter nann soft leavened northern Indian flatbread. It is simply delicious to dip pieces of this into the tiki masala sauce. Also delicious is the mango lassi. I have not tried this sweet creamy ice cold refreshing beverage you don't know what you're missing! The mango lassi is made with fresh mango, plain yogurt, a little bit of cream or milk, and a little bit of sweetener and a sprinkle of cardamom. It is highly addictive. I have on many occasions ordered a mango lassi to go with a side order of just a cup of ice. I like my mango lassi is super icy and cold. The vegetable samosas are so enjoyable that my family often orders several to go for a nighttime snack. Samosas are crispy, fried Indian pastries filled with a spiced savory mixture mashed potatoes, peas, ginger, green chilies, and spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala.
