Still experimenting with instant mobile picture uploads and writing my reviews later. Glad my pictures linked this time. :)
Or maybe I just need to go back to my old, time consuming Yelping style/method?
Or maybe Yelp needs to host a class on basic uploading via mobile usage versus desktop? Or a combination there of. Yelp, Feel free to message me.
Anyway, I will update when I get to my laptop.
Thanks for your patience, here we go:
Quality/Quantity -
One of my favorite brands. For the people that are following and voted for my sling, Tumi won. And I used it for the first time in LA last week; I fit right in, LOL.
Lost my backpack, travel bag, and wallet in my SF JapanTown incident, see previous Yelp.
Today I am shopping for my backpack replacement, see pictures; please vote again.
Not happy with today's travel bag choices, so I will stay patient.
And will hold off on my wallet replacement as my daughter bought me one that I still have never used.
Atmosphere - Small clean organized shop.
Service - Excellent. Great customer service at this location.
We took much time discussing and debating, almost arguing which backpack to buy.
Prior to 2004, when Doughty Hanson & Co acquired Tumi, they had a lifetime warranty. Now, the first year is a "worry free" ownership, and the next 2-5 year warranties depend on the specific product. But today's team member said just bring it in and she will do what she can to help; that is service!!
Price - $525 to $950 + tax for the ones I am interested in; again you help me choose please. They have less expensive and more expensive options, but I did NOT like those other styles. I narrowed it down to 3.
Prices are above average, but you are getting a quality product with a reputable name brand.
Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1975.
