The woman who works during these hours has repeatedly been unwilling to assist customers and, when she does provide assistance, her attitude can be very rude and disrespectful. My mother is an elderly customer who regularly comes to the laundromat and sometimes needs assistance loading her loyalty card. On Wednesday morning, she asked the employee for help. Instead of assisting her respectfully, the employee told her, "Come here, I'll show you, and hopefully you will learn because I won't repeat myself." I find this behavior completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially toward an elderly customer who was simply asking for assistance. Customers should be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect, regardless of how often they need help. I am asking that management please address this situation with the employee and ensure that customers, especially elderly customers, are treated respectfully and receive proper assistance when needed. I really liked the service I believe it is a premium service. I don't think it's it for it's everyone, but for premium clients is a good thing for example clients like me we live busy lifestyles or we have circumstances that require us to wash our Clothing using a premium Service as such. So it was kind of pricey but at the same time what do you expect for a premium service and it is a service of washing clothes that very few people offer so logistically I give them credit for pulling this through and I think it's a great service that they're offering and I think it's a great idea and I will continue to use our system. Who was delivered clean folded nicely and the sacks that they carry and they smell great so far so good. The representative was immediately defensive, repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, blamed me for the damage they caused, and insisted that her experience justified ignoring my written garment-care instructions. I had explicitly requested hang drying, yet multiple expensive garments were returned shrunken and damaged. Two of the worst-affected shirts had never been washed before Laundré handled them. Rather than investigate or offer a remedy, the representative said they would increase my existing charge and bill me additional hang-dry fees because those fees had not been applied correctly, while dismissing the possibility that the missing charges reflected the requested service not being performed. She also denied any recollection of a documented 30-minute pre-subscription call and focused on how I obtained the business number instead of why nobody had returned my calls. Mistakes happen, and this is exactly the kind of local business I would have loved to support. Laundré presents itself as an environmentally conscious, community-oriented service that takes thoughtful care of customers' clothing, and I likely would have given them substantial repeat business. Instead, the aggressive and dismissive response, combined with the complete refusal to listen or meaningfully investigate my concerns left such a terrible taste in my mouth and I am leaving this review as a warning. Do not take your clothes here. Do not risk it. Reaching anyone with authority is nearly impossible: calls and messages go unanswered, employees repeatedly promise a manager will call back, and those callbacks never happen. This still left a good amount of machines available. I came twice in the same day on a Sunday afternoon and waited no more than 5 minutes for an available dryer. It's 25 cents for every 6 minutes. The dryers work well and you can definitely dry a medium load (depending on the density of your laundry) for under 20 minutes. There was a staff member in site sweeping and folding laundry at the front. I think that all the of the washers were in service. Unfortunately, their quarter machine is out of service. However, the good news is that the machines accept credit card for no extra fees!
