Great people, really fine work completed when promised. Our new best in class. And their prices are competitive and reasonable.

Amazing service and value! Have done both wash and fold and dry cleaning. They are super quick and efficient. Usually takes two business days to get your things back. Fair pricing - they do a good job each time! So grateful that they are close to me, highly recommend! read more

My wife and I have been going here for the past couple of years. Probably the best service I've ever had regardless of business type. Every time I drop in they treat me like family. They're genuine, kind, and positive. It's hard to find a business like this and I feel like it's a special place. I don't say a lot when I drop by but I always leave feeling happy. I appreciate you. read more

I got into the city and opened my suitcase and saw that my face oil had exploded all over my satin dress that I was supposed to wear to a wedding the next day. Gloria was able to get all of the stains out in less than 24 hours and it was as good as new by the wedding. THANK YOU GLORIA read more

Priority Express is the best dry cleaner I've found in the marina! They do a wonderful job with my comforter and nice blankets, and turn the items around super quickly. They're very friendly and always make their customers feel appreciated. It's convenient that they text to let you know when your stuff is ready. Awesome value for such good service - highly recommend. read more

I went to Peninou to have a suit cleaned and they did an awful job and tried to charge me $100. The didn't remove any stains and used way too much heat. The suit came back wavy and wrinkly. I took it to priority express a few days later in a time crunch. I was thinking my suit was probably already ruined. Not only did they get most of the stains out, they did it in less than a day, only charged me $20, and called me when they said they wanted to keep it an extra day to focus on a stubborn stain. FOR ONLY $20!. Literally the best dry cleaner I've ever been to. The lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating and understood I was a little nervous about having a $3,000 suit cleaned in 24 hours. Thank you! read more

I was visiting from out of town and didnt have laundry access, came here since it was a short walk from my hotel. The staff here is very friendly. I dropped off my clothes for fluff and fold service. My clothes were ready early which was great. Everything was nicely folded and clean with nothing missing. When im back in town ill definately come back here. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience easy and great. read more

What a gem of a spot! Have been to these cleaners a few times and have consistently had a great experience. They have reasonable prices and have been super responsive and thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone! read more

I have been coming here for over a decade and only have had excellent results over hundreds of washes and dry cleanings. It is the kind of laundry and dry cleaning service that you walk several extra blocks to go to as you know it will go great. I also love that I get to support an excellent family-owned business that takes such pride in their work. Thanks for everything that you do, Gloria and team! read more

Do not get your wedding dress cleaned here. Not only did Priority Express not clean the dress but the dress came back with new scuff marks. Priority Express said that they couldn't issue a refund as they don't do the cleaning themselves (they use a third party). If getting a wedding dress cleaned, my advice is to find a cleaners that specializes in wedding dresses and one that does the cleaning themselves. Very disappointed with the poor service at Priority Express Cleaners. read more

Gloria and her team are the absolute best. I never thought I would grow to be so attached to a business. I've been going to priority express for the last 4 years and even though I've relocated to NYC this last year, I still bring all my most expensive items back to SF when I visit so that I can drop it off here (even though my building offers dry cleaning services, I'd still rather put in the extra effort to going here). If there is something they're not able to fix/remove/clean, they are always very upfront that they'll do their best but there's a chance it won't be perfect - except every time they've said that, it's worked out better than ever. So grateful they survived the pandemic because I don't know where else I'd go. read more

Friendly staff, fast and efficient service. You can't beat that formula. Everyone seems upbeat here and always has a smile on their face, I taken a few items here and was able to get a same-day service which I desperately needed. Clothes are clean I look great, I have no complaints. read more

This is my first Yelp review, and unfortunately it has to be a negative one. I get my clothes dry cleaned via my company at this location, and consistently (for me anyways), my clothes have been torn up. Over the span of 8 months, at least 4 shirts and as of today 1 blazer's sleeve have been torn. The blazer was the last straw. Every time I try to inquire about any sort of compensation or figure out whose been ripping my clothes, I get deflected or something along the lines of "You brought this to us ripped and you can't prove otherwise. We don't need to compensate you." That's not good customer service at all. A few shirts I can understand, yes its possible I overlooked a rip and brought it in that way. But 4 Shirts? AND A BLAZER?! Sorry Priority Express Cleaners, not buying it. Take your business elsewhere. Your clothes will have more peace (harhar) there. read more

Update to my past review: The manager was kind enough to write me a letter, attached to my laundry. In the letter, she apologized for the rude behavior of her employee, who admitted being rude. Furthermore, she clarified that there is *NO* charge for same-day service (provided brought in early enough). I had brought mine in before 9AM so it was the cashier who mis-informed me. The manager also put a note in my file that all wash-n-fold should be on low, which is actually their default. Finally, 50% was taken off my current bill, and "if I choose to use Priority Express again", I have a $10 credit on my account. I have, and will continue to use Priority Express after this rectification. I appreciate the promptness of the manager and her reaction to my dissatisfaction. read more

These people ROCK! Two day turnaround is standard and their prices are the lowest in the neighborhood. Significantly more reasonable than the cleaners on Chestnut. Street parking is also available for pick-ups and drop offs. Drop-off and retrieval speed is exceptional when you visit. Their computer system is also unusually efficient. Good work PEC! read more

I've never had to dry clean before, so maybe I don't know any better, but this place is fantastic. Immediate, friendly service when you walk in the door and no charge for same day service! read more

They do a good job but with their recent price hikes I am in the hunt for a new cleaners. They've just become too expensive- $15.95 to clean a dress (and more if it's a maxi) and other prices hovering around 2x what other cleaners charge is just too pricey. Disappointing since they are nice, but friendliness can't make up for not feeling like you're getting good value. read more

This is my go to for wash and fold. They will do same day on the weekends if you get there early enough. The people who work there are super friendly, too! read more

Gloria and her dad both run and own this place and its the best for fast and high-quality laundry and dry-cleaning in the Marina. At three bucks a load for the crappy machines in our building plus all the work of folding, this place is a definite value. read more

I love love love Gloria and the team at Priority. I have a LOT of dry cleaning and it is always handled with care and ready when promised. Several times I have brought in clothes with beading or leather, and they will call me to discuss any concerns with the cleaning of delicate material to discuss the best options. They also offer same day service, which is great for those dry cleaning emergencies. read more

Flew in on a Sunday for a med school interview, and was desperate to get my suit touched up and a dress shirt cleaned after coming straight from another interview. They were extremely helpful, and got everything done same day. Couldn't have been happier read more

Excellent dry cleaning and wedding dress preservation! And, above all else, wonderful customer service. We moved to the Bay Area recently after getting married and when I wanted to clean and preserve my wedding dress I was naturally a bit nervous looking for a great cleaner to help me out. I found Priority Express through their great Yelp reviews. I first went in to ask about their wedding dress service and spoke with Gloria, the owner, who patiently answered all of my questions and reassured me that my dress would be in good hands. For this type of job they do send it out to another vendor that specializes in wedding gown cleaning and preservation, but with Gloria talking me through the process (and even helping me make the decision of cleaning and preserving vs. just cleaning), she gave me complete peace of mind. When I went in to drop off the dress, Gloria wasn't there and the woman behind the counter couldn't really answer a few follow-up questions I had (since this is a pretty specialized service for them), so I planned on going back in to speak to Gloria a little later. Before I could do that, Gloria called me directly on my cell phone to answer my questions! She was so great to work with and you can really tell that she cares about her customers and loves her business. I just picked up the dress today and it's perfect. The dress itself is preserved inside a box with a plastic window and then that box is placed inside another box for easy carrying and storage. They also include a note that summarizes everything they did to the dress during the cleaning process. I am extremely satisfied with this service and will definitely keep going back for our regular dry cleaning needs! read more

Excellent. Service is amazing. I brought stuff here that other dry cleaners have either completely screwed up or haven't been able to fix and they can do it. The girls at the front desk are super friendly, their hours are awesome - can we say EVERYDAY?! - and I completely trust them. No need for that Peninou BS. read more

Gloria and her team are amazing! They all know me by name, which I love, but greet me with a smile and make dropping off dry cleaning incredibly easy! Also, if Amy button break or the usual dry cleaning wear and tear occurs, they take care of it. If for some reason they have missed it, Gloria has even delivered me things after close to help resolve any issues! read more

Hands down, the best cleaners I've ever used. I've used them about 5x and have had the most incredible experience. Quick turnaround, same day service available. They have gotten out difficult stains on some of my silk garments. And, on two occasions, they called me to let me know that an item will color bleed, as they spot tested an area, and asked for my permission to dry clean. They are top notch! read more

Gloria and team rock. Such a good establishment and owner. Plus, prices are competitive.

I think there is a consensus about driving across town for this dry cleaners. I do the same and its worth it. I've tried other places but they are not as reliable. The manager is also very polite and kind. read more

I paid about $25 for 3 coats. When I got it back, it had long loose strings. I had to take scissors and cut them off. Parking around there sucks, no matter what time of the day. Not coming back read more

It's been a few years since I wrote my initial review of Priority Express and I'm happy to say I've still had nothing but a great experience with this place. The turnaround is super fast, the people are friendly and my clothes always turn out well. I still tell my story of why I'm super loyal to this place to people and no one can believe it! read more

The quality of service and turnaround time have been great so far. Gloria literally gave me the laundry after they closed.

Cheap prices, quick turn around time, good hours, friendly staff. Everything you'd look for in a dry cleaner.

Best cleaners in the Marina. Been going to Priority Express for 3 years. They will rush items for free and take the time to know their customers. I get work shirts pressed there as well as suits and bedding. I have never had an issue. Gloria the owner is there most of the time and really knows the business. Her staff is friendly and helpful. They are wiling to rush at no extra cost when possible. A good cleaners is hard to find I highly recommend Priority. read more

Priority Express Cleaners offers exceptional customer service. Several weeks ago, I came to the cleaners after hours on Sunday. I noticed that there was an employee still working, so I knocked on the door. Unfortunately, he was just closing shop and was unfamiliar with how to operate the system. I was flying out to LA the next day at 6AM for business, and I desperately needed a suit. The employee called the manager, and the manager came back to the cleaner to open up the shop for me. I merely explained to the manager that I was in a tough jam, and she graciously offered her help and gave me my suit. Furthermore, the employees always tell me when an article of clothing requires laundering instead of dry cleaning. Despite the higher costs of dry cleaning, Priority Express Cleaners would rather give me an honest answer. read more

I have been going to them the past few years and they are the best. They are excellent at getting tough stains out, and offer fast reliable service, including same day. Last time I was there they were missing one of my shirts that I needed for an event that night; was the first time they had ever done that... Even though they were about to close they tracked it down and delivered it to my house after hours...top notch service. I highly recommend them. read more

Priority Express Cleaners saved my life!!!! I borrowed a gown and food was spilled on it. It was Saturday morning and I needed it good-as-new by that afternoon. They were the only cleaners I found that could do it same-day on a Saturday. Not only that, but they got the stain out perfectly (after I had tried several things at home, only making it worse). The gown was returned to it's owner in perfect condition, thanks to Priority Express. They saved the day!!! I was very impressed! read more

Can't tell you how this place has saved my clothes. I didn't realize that there is a difference on how they iron out dress shirts based on the quality of the buttons. The last few places I frequent wrecked and chipped my buttons on some high end dress shirts. Thanks to Gloria for explaining it out for a laymen. read more

We came here to have our laundry done while we were vacation, and Priority Express did a great job! W had 16 lbs of clothes to clean and they were washed and folded within the day! Drop off in the morning at 9, pick up after 5. Very happy with the service! read more

Priority Express is awesome! I live 20+ miles from this dry cleaner, so while they are great, the parking and drive was getting to be too much. I tried three other dry cleaners near home and in the City, and none of them compare. This place is the best - ecofriendly, low cost, friendly service and clean clothes! The parking is a problem, but I don't care anymore. They are worth the trouble! read more
