Cindy always takes such good care of my belongings and returns them to me looking better than ever. Clean, altered and fixed when requested, and timely. I appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and great prices. Very grateful. Highly recommend! read more

My dry cleaner closed during the pandemic so I was looking for a new one. I decided to finally try this place. Unfortunately, things have been a disaster. They love to break the buttons on my shirts. My shirts are no different from anyone else's, I can't understand why all the buttons are getting cracked. And I usually find out about this when I get home. Now I find that they like to ruin shirts by spilling, some sort of paraffin or chemical agent on them. The photo shows the most egregious example of just poor workmanship. I don't like trashing a place that actually has hard-working and nice people working there. Same time, I'm getting substandard service, even though I'm asking for the same thing everybody else does when they walked through the door. read more

Super Dry Cleaner - Damaged shirt from dry cleaning. See those stains, they are not removable. - Dry Cleaning Near Me - San Francisco, California

The BEST! Been going here for 20 plus years. Cindy is a tireless hard working joyful person who through all the chaos and turbulence of the "Pandy" and subsequent crime wave has stayed open, taken care of people and always been cheerful and kind. I've never lost an item or had anything damaged. I've used this establishment for all phases of dry cleaning and simple alterations. I highly recommend. I consider them like family. For me life is to short to sort socks...why go to corner laundry mat. Places are filthy -same with machines! Please use Super Dry Cleaners, it's under the radar and all the cool people- who don't know they're cool, go here! read more

I'm so glad I chose to go here! I'm a dentist and I love wearing white pants. Unfortunately one day I got a dye (dental material) on to my $200+ brand new white denim. I was so sad and thought my jeans were gone to waste. Thankfully I brought it here and they were able to remove the bright pink stain!! She managed my expectations when I first brought it in- underpromise and overdeliver. And that they did! Highly recommend this for high quality dry cleaner. I also brought in my silk tk to get dry clean and came back in perfect condition. read more

Cindy is the best. She always does a fantastic job with quick turnaround be it dropping off your laundry or dry cleaning, with a smile to boot. There's another spot on Pacific and Mason who pretends to be as good and also calls herself "Jindi" but she has nothing on this place. Thanks Cindy for holding down the neighborhood and keeping us smelling so fresh and so clean clean. read more

Lovely family owned business. Only used dry cleaning services. Mother daughter duo are lovely. So far no problem. They even did pick up drop off when I was in a bind. Prices compared to what I've seen is reasonable though still overpriced but I'm sensing that's SF in general. Their timings are back to ore covid (or so I am told). I am new to the are so cannot compare to what things were like Pre COVID. read more

Super Dry Cleaner is one of those small businesses that every neighborhood wishes to have. Cindy greets everyone with a big smile and is never not there. As many customers as she has, she remembers regular's names and their items, even after weeks of items being left in the store. She charges cheaper prices than most other dry clean places and rarely takes more than 4 days (unless the item is really stained or the item is leather made). The dry cleans always come back spot clean, and the alterations are always also perfectly done. The store opens 6 days a week, opens early and often stays open beyond their hours. I never have problems getting the clothes back before/after work, or in time for travel. All in all, they really are great. read more

I've been coming here for many years for wash & fold and dry cleaning. Cindy and her team are amazing! They not only do great job with fast turnaround time but also prob great customer service. Keep it up! read more

Wonderful service! Every interaction I've had has been great; they are very accommodating, friendly and always do a great job. Highly recommend! read more

Even though this place fairly out of the way for me, I would definitely come back because they did an incredible job. I had a comforter that needed to be dry cleaned and they got it looking like new. The price was also great at $35 which is around $10 less than other places I've gone to in SF. The people were also so nice and kind! Highly recommend this dry cleaner and it'll probably become my go to in the area read more

Great hardworking business that's close to my residence. Very friendly and yet professional ladies who were very accommodating to get my cocktail dress dry cleaned for the next day. Fair price as it is Nob Hill. I'll be back. read more

Absolutely terrible. I dropped off a couple work clothes here hoping that they would do a good job based on the reviews. I came to pick everything up a couple days later, but apparently they got stains on one of my shirts and they told me to come back a week later. I went back a week later and they said it was still stained, so I had to wait ANOTHER week. I finally went back today to pick it up (after three weeks now) and they still could not get off the stain that I didn't even get on my shirt in the first place!!! This was a completely NEW $100+ shirt that I only wore a couple of times, and now it's completely ruined. There are noticeable stains EVERYWHERE, and not just in one area. I don't know what kind of products they use here to wash clothes, but definitely never coming back here again. Would NOT recommend. read more

These ladies are incredible at Super Dry Cleaner. They will turn around your clothes (wash & fold) in under 24 hours, sometimes even same day if you bring in your clothes early enough. They are also fairly quick to dry clean (about 3 days) and they will hold onto your things if you're not able to pick up for awhile. They're open during COVID and it feels very safe and clean. I also appreciate that they use the detergent I bring for them to use. read more

Best in town! They're so friendly and welcoming, their prices are fair and turn around time for dry cleaning or tailor is very quickly and always well done. I moved away from the neighborhood but cannot find anything better than them, highly recommended! read more

Super Dry employs some of the friendliest and hardest-working people that I've dealt with on a consistent basis. Quick and thorough...oh, and did I mention friendly? Typically I'm not able to park (10' outside their door) without being greeted at my car, asked for my laundry, and given a world-class smile, accompanied by a "thank you, see you tomorrow!" Go to Super Dry if you want brighter clothes and a brighter day! read more

I brought in an Indian sari that I borrowed for a wedding and Super Dry was able to help me clean it within a week. The pricing was fair ($10) and the service was pleasant. Will come back! read more

This place is one of the best parts of Nob Hill. Cindy and the entire crew at Super Dry Cleaners offers amazing services in terms of quality, friendliness, price point, and timeliness. It's rare to feel so passionately about a laundry or dry cleaning or tailoring place, but I've used all three services here and have always been very happy with the outcomes. read more

I've come here a handful of times, and I've always had great service with their dry cleaning. However, the last time I came I did their wash and fold and I think their detergent made me break out in a rash, to be fair I have super sensitive skin. Otherwise the prices are reasonable, the service is nice and she even gave me a discount on the wash and fold/ dry cleaning combo. I'll definitely be back for their dry cleaning service, just not their wash and fold. read more

I can't say enough good things about Cindy and the staff. Always friendly, prompt, and fun to talk to. Cindy does all my alterations as well. I like to support local businesses, especially when they do an awesome job! read more

There aren't enough businesses in this world that genuinely seem happy to see a regular customer walk through the front door. This is one of the few. I like the greeting. But the reason I'm walking through that front door is because they do such a good job. Not 100% perfect every time (what is!?!), but when something does go wrong, they're more than enthusiastic about fixing whatever happened. Best of all, unlike every other cleaner I've ever used more than a couple times, these wonderful ladies have never lost a garment. The Green Zone right in front is a big help, too. Oh -- their wash & fold has always been flawless! read more

I get my dry cleaning done here and overall they do a good job. The ladies are all super sweet as well and really try to help. Prices are pretty standard. Note, they'll fold your dry cleaning if you ask them to but sometimes the folding is kind of weird. read more

Great service, quick turnaround and friendly and accommodating staff. My new go-to neighborhood dry cleaner.

DO NOT GET YOUR DRY CLEANING DONE HERE! I had a silk shirt dry cleaned here. The shirt had no stains when i dropped it off and when i picked it up the shirt had a huge very noticeable stain. Instead of sending it back to get fixed, they waited until i came to pick it up, then offered to send it back. They also made me pay for it despite the fact that they potentially ruined the shirt and it now has to be sent back. read more

The best dry-cleaner in SF. I go here every other week. The friendly staff even knows me by name. I use their wash/fold service. You can typically drop off your clothes in the AM and pick it up in the PM. They also group your clothes by clothing type (boxers, athletic shorts, normal shorts, t-shirts, socks, etc.). I highly recommend Super Dry Cleaner. read more

Awesome place! Upon moving to Nob Hill, I was not thrilled at the prospect of going back to the laundromat routine, which is both time consuming and depressing. My friends recommended I use a wash and fold service and I will never go back to a laundromat again. I come here about every 10 days to drop off my laundry and I'm always greeted by the friendliest staff of any business I frequent in the city. Turn-around time is very fast (24 hours) and I've never ever had a problem with the quality of the washes. My laundry is spotless, folded and wrapped up perfectly every time. The prices are also better than most places I've seen (¢90 per pound) and they accept credit cards! Highly recommended! read more

My favorite dry-cleaner in SF! Super speedy, cheap, and hard-working, this place is the biznazz. Every other dry cleaner I have tried since unfortunately moving away from this one, pales in comparison. Keep up the good work, guys. read more

Do not get your dry cleaning done here. It's cheap and fast. But is cheap and fast worth it when they make your clothes worse? I don't think so. I dropped off a coat and a blazer. The coat doesn't look like they even dry cleaned it. The blazer, which is made of blue jersey material, is now faded. It's also wrinkled. This seems unacceptable to me. read more

I don't think I've ever reviewed a dry cleaner before, but the ladies here deserve all the praise in the world. Every time I come in (and it's only been a handful of times) they're cheerful, helpful, and all kinds of nice. They even know my name, which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Need same day wash and fold? They'll help you out. Have a hole in your sweater? They'll repair it. My clothes always come back feeling great (I'm always paranoid giving clothes to places when I can't see the detergent or washing method they use) and are perfectly folded. And their prices are very reasonable. Love this place -- give them a try! read more

This is the best place to get your laundry done in Nob Hill. Period. It's cheap and the service is friendly and extremely fast. I love how they're very upbeat. I used their service for an entire year, but sadly moved away. GO HERE. read more

The people here are so nice and do a great job. I really can't emphasize enough just how nice they are. Best dry cleaner I've ever been to. Hands down. read more

I use the dry cleaners often now that work is back up and in person. The woman working every time I go (I believe the owner or manager) is the sweetest woman on this planet. She always makes sure that each garment piece is cleaned properly and stains are noticed. They are so friendly and the turn around is much quicker than other places I have been. Highly recommend! read more

Super awesome dry cleaning staff. They are the cheapest cleaners that I know in the Russian Hill, Nob Hill and Marina area. They launder my clothes perfectly every time. They wash, dry. press ad fold my clothes for only 89 cent a lb. Not bad if you are on the go. The staff here are extremely sweet, professional ad clean! Highly recommend this place! read more

I came here for dry cleaning after seeing all the great reviews, but I realize now all the good reviews are for wash and fold, NOT dry cleaning. The dry cleaning here sucks! I got all my clothes back and I have stains in them where I didn't before and my two leather jackets are ruined (pieces flying off, there's no saving them anymore). Do NOT come here for your dry cleaning. read more

Notable among the talents I lack is the ability to fold clothing well. Fortunately for me, the ladies at Super Dry Cleaner will wash, dry and fold my clothing for not too much more money than it costs do wash and dry it at the broke-down, dearth-of-dryer laundromat down the block. As Russ C. says, if you drop off the laundry before work in the AM, you can pick it up around 6pm that day. To be more accurate, they shouldn't be called "Super" but "Generally Competent" or "Adequate" Dry Cleaner. They did a lousy job repairing a hem on a pair of pants, and a couple times some of my lighter colored shirts came back with some other colors on them. read more

One of my life goals is to outsource as many of the mundane tasks as possible. Therefore, I was ecstatic to find out that not only could I pay someone to do my laundry, but that there was such a place literally a hundred feet from my apartment. This was my first foray into the world of wash and fold laundry service. I guess I'm not sure what my level of expectation should be. I dropped off my laundry before work and picked it up after work. It was all clean, neatly folded, and stacked. Two weeks worth of it lightened my wallet to the tune of twenty bucks. I guess it would have been better if they served beer or something? Overall a positive experience. I'm not sure if I'll do it every time, but when I'm in a time crunch situation, it's definitely worth it. read more

Great place for wash and fold, dry cleaning, and alterations. They are fast and friendly!

Super Dry cleaners is great. I am sad I am moving neighborhoods and won't get to go there any more. The service is super nice, friendly, and they remember your name. The cost is great too, I take in a 18 pound bag of laundry for wash and fold, basically 2-3 loads, and it costs about $17, vs. the $12+ it would have cost me at the laundramat next door. Plus it all comes nicely folded and ready to put away, and I don't have to spend time watching it a landromat with a bunch of other randos. Only thing to watch out for is they wash on hot so clothes might shrink a little. read more

As good as it gets. These guys are always friendly and they do a great job with ze cleaning! I had a white linen jacket that was pretty much ruined by wine. Sent it to Super Dry and they couldn't get the stains out with dry cleaning. (They tried twice) After asking me, I gave them the thumbs up to beach the jacket and it came out new and perfect. All this and they didn't even charge me extra! Thanks Super. read more

Amazing. They're kind, welcoming, have unbeatable prices, and do a wonderful job with wash and fold. I'm taking two items in tomorrow, one for repair and one for dry cleaning. Let's see how they do (I have no doubt it'll be great). read more

Super Dry Cleaner is wonderful. I have been a number of times over the last year for dry cleaning services and my clothes are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. They de-pilled a sweater that was in rough shape and it looks like brand new. For the first time I had them tailor two pair of pants which had tears in a seam and they did an impeccable job. Friendly, affordable, just the best. read more
