My dry cleaner closed during the pandemic so I was looking for a new one. I decided to finally try this place. Unfortunately, things have been a disaster. They love to break the buttons on my shirts. My shirts are no different from anyone else's, I can't understand why all the buttons are getting cracked. And I usually find out about this when I get home. Now I find that they like to ruin shirts by spilling, some sort of paraffin or chemical agent on them. The photo shows the most egregious example of just poor workmanship. I don't like trashing a place that actually has hard-working and nice people working there. Same time, I'm getting substandard service, even though I'm asking for the same thing everybody else does when they walked through the door. read more

Lovely family owned business. Only used dry cleaning services. Mother daughter duo are lovely. So far no problem. They even did pick up drop off when I was in a bind. Prices compared to what I've seen is reasonable though still overpriced but I'm sensing that's SF in general. Their timings are back to ore covid (or so I am told). Super Dry Cleaner is one of those small businesses that every neighborhood wishes to have. Cindy greets everyone with a big smile and is never not there. As many customers as she has, she remembers regular's names and their items, even after weeks of items being left in the store. She charges cheaper prices than most other dry clean places and rarely takes more than 4 days (unless the item is really stained or the item is leather made). The dry cleans always come back spot clean, and the alterations are always also perfectly done. The store opens 6 days a week, opens early and often stays open beyond their hours. I never have problems getting the clothes back before/after work, or in time for travel. All in all, they really are great. read more

Even though this place fairly out of the way for me, I would definitely come back because they did an incredible job. I had a comforter that needed to be dry cleaned and they got it looking like new. The price was also great at $35 which is around $10 less than other places I've gone to in SF. The people were also so nice and kind! These ladies are incredible at Super Dry Cleaner. They will turn around your clothes (wash & fold) in under 24 hours, sometimes even same day if you bring in your clothes early enough. They are also fairly quick to dry clean (about 3 days) and they will hold onto your things if you're not able to pick up for awhile. They're open during COVID and it feels very safe and clean. I also appreciate that they use the detergent I bring for them to use. read more

Absolutely terrible. I dropped off a couple work clothes here hoping that they would do a good job based on the reviews. I came to pick everything up a couple days later, but apparently they got stains on one of my shirts and they told me to come back a week later. I went back a week later and they said it was still stained, so I had to wait ANOTHER week. I finally went back today to pick it up (after three weeks now) and they still could not get off the stain that I didn't even get on my shirt in the first place!!! This was a completely NEW $100+ shirt that I only wore a couple of times, and now it's completely ruined. There are noticeable stains EVERYWHERE, and not just in one area. I don't know what kind of products they use here to wash clothes, but definitely never coming back here again. Would NOT recommend. read more

I've come here a handful of times, and I've always had great service with their dry cleaning. However, the last time I came I did their wash and fold and I think their detergent made me break out in a rash, to be fair I have super sensitive skin. Otherwise the prices are reasonable, the service is nice and she even gave me a discount on the wash and fold/ dry cleaning combo. There aren't enough businesses in this world that genuinely seem happy to see a regular customer walk through the front door. This is one of the few. I like the greeting. But the reason I'm walking through that front door is because they do such a good job. Not 100% perfect every time (what is!?!), but when something does go wrong, they're more than enthusiastic about fixing whatever happened. Best of all, unlike every other cleaner I've ever used more than a couple times, these wonderful ladies have never lost a garment. The Green Zone right in front is a big help, too. Instead of sending it back to get fixed, they waited until i came to pick it up, then offered to send it back. You can typically drop off your clothes in the AM and pick it up in the PM. They also group your clothes by clothing type (boxers, athletic shorts, normal shorts, t-shirts, socks, etc.). Awesome place! Upon moving to Nob Hill, I was not thrilled at the prospect of going back to the laundromat routine, which is both time consuming and depressing. My friends recommended I use a wash and fold service and I will never go back to a laundromat again. I come here about every 10 days to drop off my laundry and I'm always greeted by the friendliest staff of any business I frequent in the city. Turn-around time is very fast (24 hours) and I've never ever had a problem with the quality of the washes. My laundry is spotless, folded and wrapped up perfectly every time. I don't think I've ever reviewed a dry cleaner before, but the ladies here deserve all the praise in the world. Every time I come in (and it's only been a handful of times) they're cheerful, helpful, and all kinds of nice. They even know my name, which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Need same day wash and fold? They'll help you out. Have a hole in your sweater? They'll repair it. My clothes always come back feeling great (I'm always paranoid giving clothes to places when I can't see the detergent or washing method they use) and are perfectly folded. Do not get your dry cleaning done here. It's cheap and fast. But is cheap and fast worth it when they make your clothes worse? I don't think so. I dropped off a coat and a blazer. The coat doesn't look like they even dry cleaned it. The blazer, which is made of blue jersey material, is now faded. It's also wrinkled. This seems unacceptable to me. read more

One of my life goals is to outsource as many of the mundane tasks as possible. Therefore, I was ecstatic to find out that not only could I pay someone to do my laundry, but that there was such a place literally a hundred feet from my apartment. This was my first foray into the world of wash and fold laundry service. I guess I'm not sure what my level of expectation should be. I dropped off my laundry before work and picked it up after work. It was all clean, neatly folded, and stacked. Two weeks worth of it lightened my wallet to the tune of twenty bucks. I guess it would have been better if they served beer or something? Overall a positive experience. I'm not sure if I'll do it every time, but when I'm in a time crunch situation, it's definitely worth it. read more

Notable among the talents I lack is the ability to fold clothing well. Fortunately for me, the ladies at Super Dry Cleaner will wash, dry and fold my clothing for not too much more money than it costs do wash and dry it at the broke-down, dearth-of-dryer laundromat down the block. As Russ C. says, if you drop off the laundry before work in the AM, you can pick it up around 6pm that day. To be more accurate, they shouldn't be called "Super" but "Generally Competent" or "Adequate" Dry Cleaner. They did a lousy job repairing a hem on a pair of pants, and a couple times some of my lighter colored shirts came back with some other colors on them. read more

Super Dry cleaners is great. I am sad I am moving neighborhoods and won't get to go there any more. The service is super nice, friendly, and they remember your name. The cost is great too, I take in a 18 pound bag of laundry for wash and fold, basically 2-3 loads, and it costs about $17, vs. the $12+ it would have cost me at the laundramat next door. Plus it all comes nicely folded and ready to put away, and I don't have to spend time watching it a landromat with a bunch of other randos. Only thing to watch out for is they wash on hot so clothes might shrink a little. read more

As good as it gets. These guys are always friendly and they do a great job with ze cleaning! I had a white linen jacket that was pretty much ruined by wine. Sent it to Super Dry and they couldn't get the stains out with dry cleaning. (They tried twice) After asking me, I gave them the thumbs up to beach the jacket and it came out new and perfect.
