This place is amazing! The food was incredibly good and the service was excellent. Very rarely I am so impressed with Latin flavors, however this place hit the spot! Their guacamole with chicharrón pieces was outstanding, their fried shrimp in mango chipotle sauce was heaven in your mouth! We also tried their $5 draft margaritas, they were strong, amazing and much better than other bars. So sad to see the low reviews on here because this place truly deserves 5 stars. Supper bad service it was a Sunday the place had about 3 other table that were seated in Chet Geronimo we were a big group, but there were three hostess that satis down one took our order on the left side. The other one took the order in the right side and the third one in the middle, took about 30 minutes for dinks we ordered appetizers. Those came out pretty fast ordered our dinner half of the tables came the other half took about another 30 to 35 minutes. We would order more drinks and they wouldn't come in when the hostess would come around to see if we needed anything we would ask for our drinks and she said oh yeah I forgot and then we'll go back to get them happen. Multiple times the food was not that good side came before the main course for example, we ordered a steak with a side of mashed potatoes and rice. The mashed potato and rice came 30 minutes before the steak. then at the end when we got our bill, they said they would not be able to split it up individually so we decided to do 44 and 43 separate bills. Once she took all our wacredit cards to the back she came back and said it was not possible to be done and then we would all have to pay one bill which we were OK with but why would they say one thing and then do another? read more

I was very excited to try this place out. Who doesn't love a new restaurant at Westgate?! The inside is very nicely decorated and with a cool vibe. The food was good but was if $8 per taco good and $19 per margarita good? Definitely not. And then we get our check and see for our party of 4 gratuity was added to it already. That really rubbed us the wrong way. What this does is allows servers to be crappy because they know the will get the 20% gratuity regardless.. even for a small party of 4. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place but non of us foresee ourselves going back there again. read more

It's worth nothing that it was 9PM and the restaurant was almost empty with them closing at 11. I spoke to another server and let him know I wanted to leave due to my experience and my waitress magically appeared. She offered no reason as to why she had not come by and as a result of their poor service, we will not be back. Their menu prices reflect a level of service that they do not offer. The Service here is so bad. I had a reservation for 8:45 and didn't get seated until 9:30. The waitress didn't give us menus, barely paid attention to us, was missing food when everything was brought out. Never get the enchiladas they are disgusting and taste super sweet. Also our waitress ended up giving us the wrong check that was $200 more than what we ordered. And she disregarded the fact that it was my birthday even though I had said it earlier and wrote it in the notes. Another waiter ended up bringing me the little cake which tasted pretty good. The bartenders were friendly but had no knowledge of how to make basic drinks. When asked about agave syrup rather than simple syrup the bartender thought we were talking about a type of liquor. They were incredibly slow and we sat there for long periods of time without anyone checking in on how we were doing. $20 for a well tequila classic margarita that took 15 minutes to make was ridiculous. Great food and great service! This place has excellent food, and the service is always with the smile. It's well lit with green lighting on trees scattered throughout the restaurant. East inside the restaurant, is a stage where there is a fire dancer who dances throughout the night (Fridays and Saturdays). If it's someone's birthday, they bring out a huge sparkler on a dessert and they play the mañanitas song throughout the restaurant! I really enjoyed my evening here with my family! First off , the restaurant itself is beautiful and modern style Mexico vibe . The service was excellent and had no issues with ordering. Our waitress Liz was so sweet and helpful when picking my beverage and food ! I posted my drink picture. Thanks Liz for the recommendation. My family and I ordered a variety of stuff from the Queso fundido( with chorizo ) , agua chiles(thee best) , small tomahawk steak , and I ordered the rajas with cream . So good ! I brought my young kids and the vibe was perfect for them too so don't be discouraged to bring them . I ordered a Mac and cheese and they loved it . Honestly, I felt the price was just right because the food was excellent. I love that you can have great food and not break the bank either . I never have had mole sauce before & didn't know what to expect. I ordered the enchiladas with mole, delicious! Check out the menu, I think you might be surprised. The service was great, very helpful, patient & attentive. I've never had had better even in expensive restaurants. The restaurant itself is nice inside, looks very clean. The staff was friendly, there were maybe 15-20 waiters/ staff just standing around since it wasn't busy. We kinda felt watched lol. The food and drinks were highly overpriced. Taste was good but not $50+ per person good. My drink was $20, guacamole was $20.....
