I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up. Now my laptop is working great, and way faster than before. Alan also kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was happy to listen and answer questions at every stage.
