    My computer suddenly stopped working, so I took it into Best Buy's Geek Squad, who referred me to…read moreDart. I took it there, asked them to pull out the hard drives, which they did - and they called a day or two later to tell me it was a defective power supply which would cost $200 and about a week to fix. I called them about almost two weeks later to check on progress and was told "Oh, it's ready, come down and get it!" So I did and paid them the $200, and they put the hard drives back in and got it to boot up for me. (So far, so good - if I'd gotten a call telling me when it was ready!) Upon getting the PC home, I logged in and got this error message: "We can't sign into your account. This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost." So I sign out and sign back in, several times with the same result. I try rebooting, I try turning off my PC and leaving it for five minutes or more to discharge and turn it back on, I try unplugging my external drives and plugging them back in - no dice. The only difference is that about half the time, the PC won't even make it to the Windows sign-in screen, it just shuts off or hangs up in the boot-up process! I even go online to see if this is a problem other people have and how it can be fixed, and I'm told "Log in in Safe Mode" - which I try, only it shuts off before doing that!!!! So, I call Dart Computing to say that my PC which they "fixed" doesn't work - and THEY say, "Well, that's a separate problem, you'll pay again for us to fix that!" I didn't have this problem before I brought it in, but it's MY fault? I am very disappointed with the service and follow-up I've received, especially since when I left the man behind the counter said, "If you have any problems? Call and we'll take care of it...."
