I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up. We found Jeff by looking on Yelp and dropped the TV off. We waited a little while for the part to come in, but that was completely out of his control and he let us know when we dropped it off that there was a long turn around time for this part. That's fine. Jeff notified us when the part came in and he made the repair. The TV works great now and he saved us a good chunk of money by repairing it for what I found to be a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Jeff to anyone with a television problem.
