I said please take that off I'm not buying it. Per my employer I am able to get FirstNet and the same sales person was giving me the run around until I called AT&T. The second time I went to upgrade my phone, different salesperson and a much better experience. HOWEVER, they put 2 charges on my bill that I specifically said not to and when I called the first time he said he would take care of it. Second bill comes, still not taken care of and asked him three more times and getting the run around. I decided to call AT&T myself and it was resolved in 15 minutes. I don't think I will return to AT&T again and will switch back to Verizon. The cell service I get with AT&T is not as good as Verizon. Lessons learned. I recommend calling AT&T directly if you have issues with your bill.

WE LEFT THAT STORE and I drove directly to this store to get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jerrel, Wade and the entire staff were welcoming, helpful and downright AWESOME! I ended up adding a line for my grandson and Guinane kept him entertained and occupied and helped him pick out his FIRST REAL PHONE! I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

They take the time to really understand how all the latest devices work, and they do an amazing job of fixing them. On top of all that, they care about their customers, and really give you the best deal they can, while maintaining quality. And they don't try to up sell you on unneeded repairs. I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair. Stand up guys, great technical skill. I would definitely take any device I had to them again.

They easily could have taken my $300 or so for a new keyboard, instead the employee made me aware of an extended warranty I was eligible for, and recommended I send my MacBook into Apple. I ended up getting the repair done by Apple free of charge, and am very grateful that they didn't take advantage of me. Will be going here for any future repairs and recommend it to all for honest service.
