Solid customer service and friendly staff, very helpful. Replacement parts leave a bit to be…read moredesired. I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

He has a really bad attitude and I don't think he should work there.

The Cicero Rt 11 store manager, Bill F. (he wouldn't give me his full last name), is a bald-faced…read moreliar and quite an expert gaslighter. On July 9th my T-Mobile Internet gateway wasn't connecting to the Internet. So I called the tech line and after quite a bit of trouble shooting, the on-line tech said that I needed a new gateway and that I could exchange it at the T-Mobile store. No problem for me, since I have already had to return two defective gateways before. I would bring in the bad gateway and they would exchange it, leaving my $50 per month forever plan intact with the same gateway phone number, with ZERO extra charges. It used to be this simple. On July 9th I went to the same T-Mobile store in Cicero Rt.11. This time Bill F. helped me with getting a replacement gateway. No problems so far, Bill F. was on his computer setting up the new gateway and he told me that, since the T-Mobile tech already had put in my account file that the bad gateway would be exchanged, that I will be receiving a shipping label after my billing cycle. He strongly suggested that I take a picture of the shipping label as proof. He did tell me that I could bring the bad gateway, with the shipping label, to the store to ship if I wanted. I asked if I needed to sign or do anything, he said no and to have a good day. Still no problem, went home and the new gateway worked perfectly. My billing cycle is on the 11th of every month. So I started to check my email daily for 10 days for a shipping label that Bill F. said I would receive. No shipping label ever arrived, so I spent a total of 3-4 hours over two days trying to get a shipping label sent to me from their call center. Finally a supervisor got on the phone and told me that the gateway phone number has to be cancelled before they can send a shipping label. I asked him why did I have a new phone number when this was a 1-for-1 exchange of a bad gateway? He told me it was added to my account with the new gateway. So, I cancelled my old gateway phone number with the supervisor and he said that I will receive the shipping label after August 11th, the end of my current billing cycle. I fully believed that this was an easy swap out of a bad gateway, like I have done two times before... Because, Bill F. never told me that I have a new phone number for the gateway and that I needed to cancel the old one. He never told me that I will be prorated and charged for a mid-cycle service change. He never told me that I now have another T-Mobile plan that only has a 5 year price lock guarantee, when I have always wanted my original $50 per month for life plan. So my bill for this cycle is $96.30, which is $46.30 higher than my usual monthly bill of $50 dollars. When I went to the Cicero Rt 11 store to have them fix these things. Bill F. said that he told me that I needed to call and cancel my old phone number. He lied to my face, because the only thing he did tell me, was that I will receive a shipping label after the end of my billing cycle (which should of happened on July 11th) and to take a picture of my shipping label for proof. Now I fully expect more hours of wasted time, trying to get credits for those charges because of Bill F. Fiber internet is coming to my neighborhood soon, so I will be looking into replacing T-Mobile because of Bill F. Frank A.

They take the time to really understand how all the latest devices work, and they do an amazing job of fixing them. On top of all that, they care about their customers, and really give you the best deal they can, while maintaining quality. And they don't try to up sell you on unneeded repairs. I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair. Stand up guys, great technical skill. I would definitely take any device I had to them again.

They easily could have taken my $300 or so for a new keyboard, instead the employee made me aware of an extended warranty I was eligible for, and recommended I send my MacBook into Apple. I ended up getting the repair done by Apple free of charge, and am very grateful that they didn't take advantage of me. Will be going here for any future repairs and recommend it to all for honest service.
