Brought my gaming PC in as I had troubles with my monitors displaying after updating my GPU/Ram/PSU. I'm very particular about who touches my PC, but felt I was in good hands the whole time. They were extremely communicative, provided a fast resolution and ensured my PC was working to the best of it's ability. They were able to identify the power going to the GPU wasn't enough, due to user error on my part during the installation. They even went and updated my BIOS, drivers, and OS! I took my laptop in after it shut down spontaneously at a scientific conference and then could be restarted only occasionally and unreliably before it would shut down again. They examined it thoroughly and ultimately diagnosed the problem as a fault in the motherboard. The solution turned out to be putting my solid state drive into another laptop several generations newer....effectively salvaging all my data and apps on a newer machine...all this for a few hundred bucks. If you are in need of a tech repair, MM tech doctor should be your first call. Manny and his associate are of the highest caliber when it comes to reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, and most importantly technical ability and value. I brought in my Alienware laptop to fix an EDP (embedded display port) that had snapped off of the motherboard when I was replacing the cooling fans. I'm pretty tech-savvy and handle most basic repairs and troubleshooting myself. But this is a 1inch size connector with 40 pins that needed to be microsoldered onto the board -- so I knew I would need a professional who had the specialized skills to handle a repair with such a small form factor. Manny (MM tech doctor) was able to diagnose and repair the issue in a matter of a few days, and for a very reasonable price that he was able to quote me up front. I would have paid far more and had to wait 20 business days in order to get the laptop repaired by the manufacturer (who likely would have charged me to replace the entire motherboard). Manny takes great care with his work and his quality of service is second to none. He is honest, knowledgeable, and committed to helping you get back up and running (which is critical when you're working from home). After taking my PC to rescuecom (mistake) who claimed my CPU fried my motherboard, power supply and me knowing a thing or two I immediately packed up my machine, didn't even let them put it back together.Took it to Manny who fixed a damaged PCI Express slot in 2 days for under $100. Manny diagnosed my computer and ordered a new hard drive (he gave me different options in quality and price) 24 hours within me dropping it off. He installed a program similar to Microsoft word on this new hard drive so I could keep writing papers for seminary until he finished cloning (retrieving all my lost information off of my damaged hard drive) my old drive. This last part took a while but he continued to work even after I paid him. He was very kind, courteous, and professional.
