I moved across country and I find my computer wasn't starting. I ended up going to the only computer repair place open on a Saturday but I'm so glad I went here because I was taken care of. Not only did they fix my computer not posting they recommended a fix with my storage. They make sure not only ur problem is fixed in a timely manner but suggest other problems that may need to be fixed with ur computer. If I have any other problems with my computer this is the place I will be going read more

If I could leave more than five stars I would. I've had multiple problems with my PC and contacted the company for help...nothing worked. I reached out to MM Tech Doctor for help and they did more than that! Not only were they supportive and helpful, they saved me so much money! If you're having problems with your PC (or anything tech wise!) I HIGHLY recommend MM Tech Doctor!!!! Their staff is super understanding, friendly, communicative and helpful! read more

Brought my gaming PC in as I had troubles with my monitors displaying after updating my GPU/Ram/PSU. I'm very particular about who touches my PC, but felt I was in good hands the whole time. They were extremely communicative, provided a fast resolution and ensured my PC was working to the best of it's ability. They were able to identify the power going to the GPU wasn't enough, due to user error on my part during the installation. They even went and updated my BIOS, drivers, and OS! These guys are PROS, if you need fast and reliable, I couldn't recommend MM Tech Doctor enough. Oh, and they gave me a 90 day warranty on my PC! read more

I took my laptop in after it shut down spontaneously at a scientific conference and then could be restarted only occasionally and unreliably before it would shut down again. They examined it thoroughly and ultimately diagnosed the problem as a fault in the motherboard. The solution turned out to be putting my solid state drive into another laptop several generations newer....effectively salvaging all my data and apps on a newer machine...all this for a few hundred bucks. Manny provided me updates as the diagnosis progressed and stress-tested it before returning it to me. To me, this was a model of how a repair should go. Thanks a lot to the MM Tech team. read more

They were friendly and knowledgeable. Windows would not load on my PC so they were able to get it up and take all my files off of it and then purchased a new PC through them and they loaded everything I would recommend them. read more

My laptop crapped out a few weeks ago. I brought it to MM Tech Doctor where they checked it out and determined I had a corrupted hard drive. I got my laptop back a couple days later with a new hard drive and it's better than new. They walked me through every step along the way and talked on my level. I highly recommend them. read more

Terrific service and professionalism. My OS Desktop was running terribly slow in the middle of a huge project. They went out of their way to accommodate my time frames, replaced my aged hard drive - and the computer is running better than it has in a very long time. Thank you! Greater communicators, very transparent. read more

Great place for computer repair. I recommend them for all computer repairs. Price is very reasonable.

Manny fixed a very difficult issue with my Macbook Pro and didn't charge me any more than we initially agreed on even though he ended up having to work on it a lot to get it fixed. I don't know how many other computer repair people could have done what Manny did. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him! read more

If you are in need of a tech repair, MM tech doctor should be your first call. Manny and his associate are of the highest caliber when it comes to reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, and most importantly technical ability and value. I brought in my Alienware laptop to fix an EDP (embedded display port) that had snapped off of the motherboard when I was replacing the cooling fans. I'm pretty tech-savvy and handle most basic repairs and troubleshooting myself. But this is a 1inch size connector with 40 pins that needed to be microsoldered onto the board -- so I knew I would need a professional who had the specialized skills to handle a repair with such a small form factor. Manny (MM tech doctor) was able to diagnose and repair the issue in a matter of a few days, and for a very reasonable price that he was able to quote me up front. I would have paid far more and had to wait 20 business days in order to get the laptop repaired by the manufacturer (who likely would have charged me to replace the entire motherboard). Manny takes great care with his work and his quality of service is second to none. He is honest, knowledgeable, and committed to helping you get back up and running (which is critical when you're working from home). He will be my first call for any tech issues I run into in the future. read more

After taking my PC to rescuecom (mistake) who claimed my CPU fried my motherboard, power supply and me knowing a thing or two I immediately packed up my machine, didn't even let them put it back together.Took it to Manny who fixed a damaged PCI Express slot in 2 days for under $100. Yeah. I thought I knew my stuff but Manny is like a PC Guru. And resuecom charged me $200 to tell me my whole machine was broke . Thanks Manny! Mark 5 star read more

My flash drive failed unexpectedly and I had never backed up the files on it anywhere else. I was sure that I had lost everything as no computer even recognized the flash drive when I plugged it in. I called Manny and he responded immediately, gave me the lowest quote by FAR, and was able to take my flash drive the same day and within two days had recovered EVERYTHING! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for their computer needs! read more

I am very pleased with the repair Manny did. He went out of his way to make sure that the problem was fixed and saved me some money if I had to buy a new assembly. read more

I needed some help with my computer battery in a pinch, and Manny quickly identified the problem, provided me with a reasonable alternative, and got my old laptop back up and running in no time. He gave me better advice for preserving my computer battery and hard drive in the 20 minutes I spent with him than all the people I've ever talked to at a Best Buy counter. He's helpful, friendly, and frank. Definitely recommend. read more

Manny diagnosed my computer and ordered a new hard drive (he gave me different options in quality and price) 24 hours within me dropping it off. He installed a program similar to Microsoft word on this new hard drive so I could keep writing papers for seminary until he finished cloning (retrieving all my lost information off of my damaged hard drive) my old drive. This last part took a while but he continued to work even after I paid him. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. I've worked with a few computer repairmen and I'd recommend Manny (& continue to go to him if necessary) in a heart beat. read more
