They subsequently strung us along with promises of repairing and returning the phone. They never did return the phone (essentially committed theft). After a simple Google search, it appears this company is in bankruptcy. So, it would be advisable to avoid doing business with them unless you want to lose your investment.

It was repaired and mailed back on 5/30, delivered to my home on 6/02. You are required to provide your phone's PIN/password and to have the battery charged above 50%. I would suggest setting up an easy-to-remember security PIN & dummy Google account so that you can actually locate the phone if it's lost in transit. Remove your SIM.
