TLDR: Their mission statement says customer comes first, but that is just not true. they no showed…read moreand changed schedule arbitrarily. Be aware that you need to be flexible to work around their schedule and beg them. Sequence of events: Monday 11/10 we got a call from Austin that our service is scheduled on Tuesday. On Tuesday, Austin cannot get ahold of anyone at relosolutiongroup, so the crated table sit OUTSIDE of our home in back yard until this second when I write this email. And we had another service scheduled with relo on Thursday afternoon. However, at 11AM that day we received a casual text message that the service can either arrive now at 11AM or the guy will go home, 12:00PM is too late for him to work. And then we scheduled Saturday morning. We respected our scheduled time slot 8-11 AM, so we got up early and pushed my wife's doctors appointment to 12 PM, and now we're receiving another change of plans from our respected relo company that the service may happen at noon. Needless to say this is very frustrating, when we receive a schedule we tend to respect it, but this quality seems to be a scarce resource here

I was contracted to Relo through my moving company for appliance disconnect and reconnect services…read more I explained clearly from the outset that I was swapping six appliances between two houses and required disconnect and reconnect at both locations. The issues began immediately, including: 1) Lack of clear communication - I received multiple calls from different subcontractors, all confused about the scope of work. I had to explain the job repeatedly to different people. 2) Failure to coordinate schedules - They used me as the middleman to arrange times rather than the moving company that hired them, resulting in movers arriving before service personnel, since both the movers and Relo would only offer three hour windows in which they "might" show up. 3) Incomplete work - They failed to reconnect half of the appliances, leaving me without a fridge, washer, or dryer. 4) Unreasonable payment terms - They required full payment in advance instead of a standard deposit-and-balance-upon-completion model, leaving me to chase reimbursement after failure to complete the job. 5) Refusal to correct mistakes - Rather than fixing their oversight on the job scope which was a direct result of their lack of communication between team members, they demanded additional payment for work that should have already been part of the original contract. The result of all this is that I, a parent with a toddler, lost an entire work day dealing with this while Relo gave me the runaround, and I am now without essential appliances in a location where the nearest laundromat is ten miles away. I will also have to take yet another day off work to hire someone else to fix the mess they left, as I refuse to give them another dollar. Hire at your own risk.
