I had called around to confirm that places which claim to take passport photos, according to their web sites, actually provided them. After calling two other national chain stores in the vicinity and confirming they do not offer the service, it was a pleasure to speak with Dawn at this FedEx store. She clearly explained their capabilities, product costs and hours of service. After learning that it was so easy to walk in any time at any Fed Ex store location, that is exactly what I did. After selecting the right clothes, fixing my hair and spending some time in front of the mirror, I was ready for my photo. (HA!) Walk in, request passport photo, pose, pay ($16.50) and pick up the photos. 10 minutes from start to finish and all was performed very nicely by the person with whom I had spoken to earlier. When you absolutely, positively need a passport photo...think FedEx !

There is an individual named jeff, who works for it FedEx ground, for the last 8 to 10 years that we live in Syracuse New York; and has been so consistent, non-stop, and you just do not see workers in this industry such as him. Rain, sleep, snow, heat or whatever inclement weather, that Jeff got FedEx ground, is an awesome god!! I had a narrow driveway in New York, but they use a forklift to bring the cubes in so it fit the narrow space. I also wasn't sure of my delivery date so they had an option to hold my relocubes in storage that worked perfectly for me. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone going through a long-distance move. Almost everything in my one bedroom apartment fit into one cube, but I ended up using a cube and a quarter due to some larger furniture items.

It said to pick up the boxes (3) the next day at the UPS Store. I went over to the store and they couldn't have been nicer. I asked them if they would please deliver them the next day. The driver of the truck did NOT check the box tha he would deliver them the next day, SOOOOOO I had to pick them up. I explained to the lady that I live alone and have.M.S. and no one to carry them in. She suggested that I find a relative or a neighbor. The bottom line is, they would not reschedule the delivery. I will question ever using them because of this. It is a hardship. I will use Fed ex next time. I have never had a problem with them.
