The staff are very nice and they always handle my packages with care. They also work very fast, so even when there is a giant line formed...it moves pretty fast. One good thing about coming to this location, is that I always feel I am getting a fair price. I feel like there is some sort of incentive for upgrading people to faster shipping, but I could be totally wrong. The reason I bring that up though, is because when I come here they never seem to try to push me one way or the other. They also never seem to overcharge me. I feel like some of the other ones I have been to always charge me more for things. I remember one particular time that I was shipping a giant box it was going to be super expensive. The employee explained if it was only 2 inches smaller it would be half the cost. I chopped the top of the box off and taped new flaps on it and saved over 50 bucks. This was thanks to one employee who actually cared.

Decent enough post office. Easy to get to (as long as it's not a time of the day with too much…read moretraffic on Teall) and plenty of parking. One of the only spots in the area I know of that still has a physical mailbox - they took a bunch of the blue ones out of residential areas. Can get very crowded if you go at peak times, but that's any post office I suppose. Service can be hit or miss, depending on who you get. Some of the newer folks will cut corners sometimes and just not be as helpful. If you get one of the veteran workers though, that's the gold standard. There are a couple of gentlemen who've been here since I've been coming here, and they always have the answers and are willing to share them! I'm always thrilled when I get served by one of these experts and have a seamless, painless post office visit. Giving 4 stars just for them, without them it'd just be meh.
