First for being a new store I would expect someone there to know what they are doing to teach the rest but it was the blind leading the blind. They had two registers and one was down so the line of 10 people were all being helped by one person while 10 other employees walked aimlessly around the store. I say aimlessly because one could not figure out how to see if they had something in another size. I mean that is literally your only job. Why not have one of these people bagging for the one person on register and try to make the best of a bad situation? After waiting about 20 minutes to purchase 5 items and return one the cashier struggled. She couldn't figure out how to return the one item and then couldn't figure out how to ring after returning, and finally couldn't figure out how to get the cash register to open. This is a terrible way to open a new location.

Every single time I go in that store to buy something I am made to feel like I'm an important part of their customer base, I am always welcomed with a smile, a greeting, and an offer to help. Like many homeowners often times I don't think all the way through a project but these fellows are always there to suggest the extras to go along with what I am buying so that I can complete my project. Service is the most important thing to me and I shop for service before I shop for price and this store has never let me down.
