And that was after she had told me to call the store number any time over Christmas if we needed to ask questions or needed something else. Even CHRISTMAS DAY! The man who helped answer our questions was promoting the most expensive bed frames claiming they were "great quality". We purchased a frame from the very back of the shop that was the display, regardless there was no discount. The frame was actually extremely poor quality and wobbly, which I didn't find safe for my daughter. It also had an excessive amount of scratches and dents on it, probably from being carelessly handled by the yokels shoving it in my vehicle. There was also splashes of paint other than the color the frame was. I went back the next day attempting to return it. The man said it was not returnable because it was a "close out", probably since it was the display. Overall this store is overpriced and unreliable, I would highly recommend staying away.
