I have meant to write a review, so here goes because nothing ever came of it. I brought two…read morevintage original photographs to Karl for framing, One was framed nicely, but he lost my vintage, 1950's Roy Rogers picture, never to be seen again three years later. At first he was in denial of losing it. He looked throughout his shop for it, never to be found again. (He called it "Gene Autry," but it is an original black and white of Roy, printed on good quality paper, not a glossy knock off. His solution was to have me buy a knock off of the picture on ebay and he would pay for that. Surely, with the rise in value of the picture, he wasn't going to pay to replace it at that price. Meanwhile, I see that the value of my vintage picture continues to go up and it is somewhere in Karl's shop. If anyone sees it there, could you get it back to me? It's not as though I wanted any old photo framed by a professional. I brought a good piece to him with the intention of having it preserved and shown on my walls.

I ordered online and went to pick up at store. When I got there there were about 4 teenagers…read morebehind the counter. I asked where do I pick up online? He directed me to customer service desk..One lady working. I waited about 5 minutes in line. While waiting notice no one came over to help. She finally asks me :"can I help you?: I said I am picking up an online order." She assumes I ordered prints and is looking on table. I said I order a printer online. She then put my printer on counter and proceeds to ask the people behind me to help them as they were behind me printing papers. I wait for the young gentlemen to cash me out. They are lacking communication skills!!! That was very rude ,,She should of just cashed me out and then worked with the next customer.
