One of the items we fell in love with was a large framed canvas to hang over her sofa. Unfortunately, all three pieces had visible damage. We asked the cashier if we could receive a discount being there weren't any additional undamaged pieces. Not expecting much, we were pleasantly surprised when the manager visited and offered to take 50% off with the condition it would be a final sale. My cousin purchased the painting and we did our best to conceal the damage to the frame before hanging it. It really is a perfect addition to her home! We also located a really pretty lamp during our light fixture search that matches her picture frame beautifully. Finally, we picked out some odds and ends and were able to find most of what she needed over the course of two shopping trips. The selection of merchandise is good and the customer service is great. I recommend shopping here when searching for home decor.

Despite all this I inquired about a piece of costume jewelry near the counter and was promptly told it wasn't for sale. We bid Dawn a good day and left...hurt and disappointed but weren't about to let this incident ruin our visit to my home state. Apparently one of the customers that had heard/seen the proprietor's poor treatment of us and felt the need to come out and apologize. The customer extended their hand and said I bought this for you to show that not all people think / act like her. In their hand was the brooch we had inquired about. My wife and I were moved to tears. Dawn then came outside and threatened to call the police and have us arrested on suspicion of shoplifting. Never never ever ever do business with this shop. I know I never will again.

ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out.
