First off, they're very nice people who work here and they should succeed in this world based only on that, but secondly, they're clever. Also the store itself is very fun, hip, and nice inside. When I went in they were having a free air plant day. You should say wow, they're giving away their product for free? how will they ever make money? well, the rainbow cupboard doesn't just sell air plants, they sell a lifestyle, by which I mean air plant accessories to post to insta. So now, free air plant in hand, was I just going to not spend any money on air plant accessories? that would've been impossible. So they managed to get me to go to a store and buy a thing I otherwise would have passed on just because half of it was free. When it comes down to it, I'm not even mad about it. Now I have a nice little simple air plant. Anyway, at the time of writing I think this is a great gift for a daughter of a certain age, but that may change depending on whatever is cool and I'm too old to really know, so good luck out there.

Instead, they greeted my family and I, and invited us to browse without any pressure to buy. Is there great stuff there? Yes! Is it a great place to shop for those tough ones on your shopping list? My wife and I recently shopped here and needless to say we were greeted with a level of coldness…read morewe've not experienced in a long time. Dawn greeted every customer (4 others) except us. Dawn asked every customer if they were finding everything alright...except us. Dawn followed us throughout the store...except for the other customers. Despite all this I inquired about a piece of costume jewelry near the counter and was promptly told it wasn't for sale. We bid Dawn a good day and left...hurt and disappointed but weren't about to let this incident ruin our visit to my home state. Apparently one of the customers that had heard/seen the proprietor's poor treatment of us and felt the need to come out and apologize. The customer extended their hand and said I bought this for you to show that not all people think / act like her. In their hand was the brooch we had inquired about. My wife and I were moved to tears. Dawn then came outside and threatened to call the police and have us arrested on suspicion of shoplifting. Never never ever ever do business with this shop. I know I never will again.
