So happy and impressed with this store. I recently fractured my ankle and am still recovering but…read morehave graduated out of boot to an air cast and needed new sneakers . I was really dreading the shopping experience as I tend to shop for style rather than comfort and what I truly need and have a closet with shoes I wear once and never again. Now I truly needed to be mindful of support and comfort and had no clue on where to begin and given swelling how that would impact sizing. Walked in and was met by a warm and friendly associate who definitely was up for challenge. Ben spent time listening to my needs and came back with three pairs that he thought would work. He answered my questions had me take the time to make sure they were a good fit. Left minus my boot with new shoes, socks, and a smile on my face. I would highly recommend this store for sneakers !!!!!

My wife…read morepurchased several items here (we try to support local and not Amazon) and the woman cashing them out was in a bit of a hurt but kind. She said if I missed any security tags please just bring it back and we'd be happy to remove them. My wife went back the next day quickly because they forgot to remove one. When she went in the young lady at the counter refused to remove it and was absolutely rude and disrespectful. They stated it's their policy without a receipt they WILL NOT remove the security tag... My wife returned to the car crying to which I immediately went in to ask why they treated her so rudely. Not to be confrontational at all. When I walked through the doors they were making fun of my wife and how they treated her so badly. They thought it was funny and amusing to treat someone that way. UNACCEPTABLE!! They told me we won't remove the tags because we won't risk losing our job to break policy. POLICY OR NOT!! You don't treat customers with that level of disrespect! Unacceptable! I will never allow anyone in my family to shop here again!

The stores are wonderful and clean, everything that we like is in that mall. They have something for everyone plus a Target. What more could you want? The food court is very clean and the staff is very friendly at each food spot. I thought the mall was sadly dying, as a lot of the stores were seeming to close, and I was a bit afraid for it. HOWEVER, they opened a Boscovs, and that is my favorite department store chain. Every time I go in, it is jam packed with people. The prices are unbelievable and so reasonable and the staff is so eager and friendly. They really outdid themselves. The fact this mall still has an FYE chain is pretty cool as well, you don't see that a lot. I enjoy popping in there a lot. The sales they have are wonderful. If I had to say one negative thing about this mall, it is somewhat dated and a tad depressing inside, but to me, that isn't a primary concern. This mall is wonderful.
