Considering the size of the lot, the amount of stores in the shopping center you would think that they could have had the lot plowed after 2 days, it's not like the stores are open overnight. Someone could seriously get hurt walking in the lot. I am surprised how bad it was. Yes I understand that Wednesdays storm was a large amount of snow but I am sure that whoever has that contract had to be paid a lot to keep it clean. I have been to various Targets in many different cities and states, and this is my least favorite…read moreof all time. As much as I love Target overall, this location isn't great. I was here 3 times while home visiting my parents and both experiences were blah. The first time I came shopping in store. The parking lot is insane. It was early afternoon and we still had to park very far away. Inside the store things looked like a tornado went through in many different sections. They also had empty spots, and were out of quite a few things. The one thing that made me happy was the special biodegradable, reusable bags they are now using. They are super sturdy and def worth reusing, esp with NY State's plastic bag ban going into effect in the spring. The second and third times I did online order for pickup in store. I dont know if this is a newer option at this Target, but at home I am used to this being a very quick process. They even have reserved parking for it. Here I had to wait in line with everyone else wanting something out of the customer service desk, to which only one person was working. One instance I showed my barcode and they said it wasn't needed just my ID. The second instance they wanted my barcode and not the ID. No consistency. Some of my products ordered online upon pickup were not available and had to be cancelled.

Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. My mom and I were so frustrated with all of the disarray we couldn't stand to stay very long or complete our shopping trip.

Located way down on the left hand side of the center, it is not to be missed! Heartsome Handicrafts is a store that showcases various local crafters. They have everything you could imagine and more. It is like a year round craft show! The prices are so reasonable and the owner herself is a crafter. She is friendly and knowledgeable not only of her products, but of all of her crafters as well! If you see something you like but might be interested in a different customization many of the crafters are able to do so! My pawprint heart was made just for me! I also commissioned a wood portrait of one of my dogs that came out stunning. In the future I hopefully look forward to having a wool husky made from a picture of my other dog. All these things I probably wouldn't have been able to afford elsewhere. So many items are unique and for sure not just the same old things you see at fair after fair.
