I needed a suit for my brother's wedding, but I was only going to be in town for 10 days. When I…read morewent in to try on suits, I was assisted by Ron, who used his expertise to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up finding a suit that I thought was perfect, but they didn't have the pants in my size at the store. Also, the jacket would need to be tailored to fit me properly. I was convinced that they'd have to ship the suit to me, seeing as though I'd be gone in just a few days. I had just accepted that fact. Imagine my surprise then when I got a call from Ron shortly thereafter, telling me that my pants had arrived and were ready to pick up! When I went in to get my pants, I spoke with Hong, who was tailoring my jacket. When I had explained to him my situation, he told me he'd try his best to get my fitted jacket to me before I had to leave. Again, I wasn't expecting a miracle, and was prepared to just have my jacket shipped to me. I received another call THE NEXT DAY! It was Hong, who, true to his word, worked hard to get my jacket tailored and ready to pick up in record time! All and all, the staff at this Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond for me! Thanks to Ron, Hong, and everyone at this location for their awesome service! I'd highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a good suit

Horrible customer service! Do not go here for your wedding or event. We went here for our wedding…read more7 months before our date and everyone got fitted well before the deadline. My dad (father of the bride) went to pick his tux up when it arrived for the wedding and the jacket size was about 3 sizes too small. They said they would send out to get a new one. Well the new one didn't arrive until late morning on my wedding day and my dad had to drive from Sylvan Beach to New Hartford to pick it up, and missed out on important moments and photos from my wedding day because of it. And the female manager was extremely rude to him when he went to pick it up, acting like it was his fault they ordered the wrong size! To top it all off, the sleeves of his new jacket were way too long and the sleeves of the father of the grooms jacket were way too short! Save yourself the stress, don't go there

The other interesting thing about this mall was that it reminded us of another mall we frequent and come to find out, it is owned by the same company as the Hampshire Mall in Hadley. In the end we had fun at this mall popping in and out of stores, but the food court was bland, the kids running through the store were in the way, and it could use more modern stores.

Checkout was great with Heather. My only concern is Antoine. Heather ran into difficulty, keep in mind she has been there ONLY 1 month. She asked for help. He was tge most rude and obnoxious person . I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day. Otherwise Heather deserves 5 stars for her composure and personality. Loved her
