Eclectic Chic in Oneida is one of those places you walk into and suddenly realize hours have passed. There's truly something for everyone. You can wander, explore, and keep finding new things around every corner, it's the kind of shop you never get bored in. And somehow, you can even grab something to eat while you're there, which just makes it even better. What really sets them apart though is what they do for the pet community. Their Rescue Round Up events are amazing and show how much they genuinely care about animals and the people who love them. It's more than just a shop, it's an experience and a community space. On a snowy Saturday recently my sister & I headed to Oneida to explore this antique shop. It's been a couple of years since I've been here and they have made some changes. They have added a lunch spot and a sweet shop. We walked around a bit and then took a break for lunch. They had several lunch specials for very good deals! We shared a BLT sandwich with fries and a coffee. The sandwich was very good and the fries were crispy with a coating and very good also. The coffee was weak (I like stronger coffee) and no half and half . Regardless a very good deal at 13.99. The sweet shop was so cute with 1950's soda shop vibe. We both chose the apple pie with ice cream. I'm a pie snob and the crust was good but the filling was canned. It was decent but not outstanding. Next time I would get a hot fudge sundae because the ice cream is homemade. They carried the water I like (liquid death) at a good price and I was so surprised they had it. I didn't buy any antiques but I had fun looking and enjoyed my eats. I definitely would recommend going and looking around. read more

Great booths with all the choices of antique, vintage and other choices. Something for all ages! There was a specific item I wanted and couldn't find. A lady running a booth near me asked if there was something she could help me find? She was able to find it and brought it to me. It was exactly what I was looking for. LOL... Losing an entire family plus their friends and family of loyal shoppers is not much to boast about...be prideful of or be pleased over. Shame and sorry that's really all we feel for a business who mistreats loyal customers! Warning all who enter with young children who can read and those who have "any" morals or who are offended by the innappropriate displays of foul sexual imaging and wording on items sold here located next to children's toys... where my 7 year old grandson read "I love my penis" and "I love my vagina" to name only a couple! I bring this to the attention of the woman at the checkout asking her why isn't there a moral standard here?? And why are these items placed right in view of children and the elderly!!!!??? Who??? Enjoys walking thru these types of malls????? ELDERLY!!!! CHILDREN!!!! And you display such deplorable disgusting smutt for THEM to see!! And how can you miss it .... it's right at the entrance and exit!!!! Wow! Nothing good comes to a business like this..we found a better vendor mall in the beach area.. nice folks and items sold that do NOT OFFEND OR EMBARRASS ANYONE...oh and extremely friendly staff... no mean rude disrespect or mean women kicking loyal customers out because they defend a CHILD. Oh... our little boy was crying as we left... wow hope that brought a smile to that woman's face. I've read the reviews about her... so I guess I'm not shocked at all. I think you all need customer service classes. And classes on what to sell to ATTRACT customers not drive them away! So sad you lost a total of 10 customers. This was a fun little spot. The wife and kids had a good time looking around as did I. Some of the booths had some HIGH prices and items but most were reasonable. If we would have looked before eating it looks like they had a cool place to eat. If your in the area then make sure you stop by. read more

Amazingly nice people and great finds! Everyone was very easy to work with and friendly.

I found this adorable "mall" or collection of antique stalls not far from the gym I was going to. I stopped to do some shopping and found some fun decorations and home decor. When I entered a lady at the front register was being loud and rude to customers and gave them the finger. I thought maybe she was a customer or something. I picked out a few items and later went to check out up front and the same lady was behind the counter and actually heard her making fun of a customer with a disability and being very cruel. I was shocked and offended. I asked who she was and was told it was the owner. And that she is just eclectic like the store name and don't be offended but I was. It made me as a customer very uncomfortable. I said that is offensive and not very respectful and was given a dirty look and told to mind my own business. I left and was very bummed as the idea of this place was so cool and there's definitely some treasures to be found inside. read more

Saw the big Antique sign on the building when passing thru. Not many antiques to warrant such a sign (yes there were a few), but lots of tchotchkes and junky old furniture. Employees were clueless and unknowledgeable about antiques. Dollar store flip flops for $2...lol Maybe Electric variety store would be a better name. read more
