Brianna and her team are INCREDIBLE. After an initial consultation phone call to talk through the venue and some ideas for my micro-wedding, Brianna sent over amazing options that I would never have come up with on my own. She really took the time to get a feel for my venue and create arrangements that would work PERFECTLY for my intimate setting. She created the most beautiful flower/greenery chandelier that included handing votives with battery operated candles (simply stunning). She also created a space above the fireplace at my venue with a large antique mirror, candles, votives and beautiful floral and greenery arrangements. My bridal and MOH bouquets were perfect, and the flowers for the rest of the wedding party were too. Her communication was always excellent and the set-up/takedown was swift and efficient. Prices were also fantastic. Cannot recommend Blooms and Blossoms enough - they made my wedding day truly special. read more

They did the flowers for our wedding and everything was exactly how I pictured it in my dreams! They were very easy to work with also.

My friends sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers when my mom died. Unfortunately, many of the flowers died within a day. I called Balloons & Blossoms and they accused me of not watering the flowers, as they had "instructed" me to do. We were not home when the flowers were delivered though, and we did put water in the vase. I called to let them know that the flowers were dying, because we were taking them to the funeral home, and I wanted to be sure that their bouquet truly represented there business (yes, these are the things you think about when your grief is too intense and you want to think of other things - sounds silly, but it's true). Anyway, the woman at the shop said they would deliver replacement flowers to the funeral home (not an entire bouquet, but a few replacements so it would look fresh). But no one from the florist ever came to the funeral home, and the bouquet just wasn't as beautiful as it was when it arrived (see photos). I'm still giving 3 stars because this is a local business, and I want to be supportive, but I'd probably give them 2 stars if this wasn't the only review they had. And honestly, everyone else I've ever spoken to in this are says they are wonderful. read more

I specifically asked if the florist could do a same day delivery of sympathy flowers and they said they could. This was critical, as the person receiving the flowers was driving to Florida the next day. The flowers were not delivered when promised. The next day, the delivery man called the recipient to confirm they would be home and she informed them they would need to arrive by 1pm at the latest. They said they would try and then she also instructed them where to put the flowers if they did not arrive by 1 so that they would not freeze. They did not arrive on time, nor did they put the flowers where instructed. A complete waste of money and very heartbreaking for me personally given the circumstances. I would never use them again. read more

First of all they need to change their name.. I went in to see how much latex balloons solid orange and yellow I had been saving a gift card I had for the occasion she said 2$ each I looked at her like she had 6 heads. I said 2$ for each latex balloon she said yes helium is expensive pretty soon there won't be any.. I said well I am not paying no 2$ per balloon when I can use these stick things I have that will make each balloon stand up.. so I went to Walmart paid .97 for each 15 count yellow and orange balloons and they are charging me .50 each so 15$ for all where she tried to get 60$ should change the name of ur gonna be that much more a little higher I can see but 1.50 per is crazy!!! read more

Balloons and Blossom Oneida, NY - Please do not use this florist!!! When ordering your flowers for a wedding they will not give you a copy of the bill. When you come back 1 month prior to your wedding - it changes from a contract to a quote. Items promised to you will now become charges. I asked for my deposit back due to being a quote and they refused - stating I took there time.Had nothing in writing. I had no written contract with them and deserve my deposit back. I gave them over a month time for my money back. As promise now I am notifying the world about their business practices. In addition told some of my friends about this and had the same experiences. Even a event planner had the same problems with them. Buyer beware especially of Balloons and Blossoms, Oneida, NY!!! Stars minus 10 -. Had to go to another florist within 2 weeks of my wedding. read more

I just received a gift of flowers for my birthday. I found them left on the porch when I arrived home on a hot day. They could have been there for several hours or several minutes I don't know. What I do know is that quite a few of the flowers in this small arrangement were wilted and drooping. I called the shop to let them know and they told me that this was the arrangement that was ordered. I assured them that the giver did not order dying flowers. I felt as if the person I spoke to (daughter of owner) did not acknowledge the problem. I would not use this shop or recommend it to others. This problem could have been averted if someone had called to let me know there was a delivery. read more
