Sorry to say this since I have been there on many occasions and it is convenient for me. I went to the paint section for some deck stain and asked the woman at the paint counter if she could mix it to cordovan blend. She asked with great irritation what I was talking about. I said that unless I am mistaken the cans of Cabot deck stain can be mixed for different colors. She walked to the other end of the counter without saying anything and then later said she is busy. So I waited for her to be less busy. While waiting I grabbed a Cabot brochure and opened the page to the color Cordovan. When she came to over I showed her what I was talking about. She did not respond again and a younger man then came over to the counter and said he would take care of me. She then literally and rudely stormed off. I made a comment to the gentleman now waiting on me that I don't know what she is so upset about. He simply put his forefinger to his lips to tell me to be quiet. I said I don't understand that reaction to me and mentioned that as a customer I would think he'd be concerned. He responded, "I don't think I need to 'mansplain' it you" I told him I was was absolutely baffled and that customer service and responsiveness is important to business owners - at least it was in my career. He said if I don't like it there I can always go somewhere else. I again was astounded that he now was suggesting I go elsewhere. In any event, I do now go elsewhere. The convenience of this location is far outweighed by the poor attitudes I encountered.

I had questions he answered them and showed me how to do a couple of things I asked about. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Had I taken it to where I had purchased it, I probably wouldn't have gotten it fixed for a month. This is the kind of service I haven't seen in years. They are always pleasant and helpful when I go in but today really surprised me. I didn't think I would be in an out within fifteen minutes with a fix chain saw. KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and they know their business. I was in and out in a few minutes with exactly what I needed for a couple bucks. The cashier was also great, resolving an issue with their machine reading my card. And she was patient and nice the whole time. Don't always run into this type of atmosphere, especially when you're having a bad day but today, the staff here made my day better. You need something in/near Weedsport, NY, this is the place to go. From the manager Dave right on down to every employee the experience has always been beyond five stars. Every single time I go in that store to buy something I am made to feel like I'm an important part of their customer base, I am always welcomed with a smile, a greeting, and an offer to help. Like many homeowners often times I don't think all the way through a project but these fellows are always there to suggest the extras to go along with what I am buying so that I can complete my project. Service is the most important thing to me and I shop for service before I shop for price and this store has never let me down. And to make things even better, they offer a discount for United States veterans and that is always appreciated. The older bald man( also think it was a manager) then told us we couldn't use a pallets because it was $14 and he was just super disrespectful.
