I also found the prices to be really reasonable, especially for some of the more uncommon offerings. I found some fairly unique succulents that were priced in the $3.99 - $6.99 range. A friend of mine had also asked me to look out for Thai Constellation Monsteras (becoming less and less rare, as it's the new "fad plant", but still), and I found a couple different sizes... all seemingly in proportional cost to what you'd fine at a big box store, but of higher quality. My mother ended up finding a pretty sizable hibiscus plant that perfectly reasonable in cost as well... and she stocked up on plenty of veggie & herb plants, including some heirloom tomato varieties that are hard to find. All their items are in really wonderful condition - nothing browning/crispy/dying, and I don't think I saw a pest (fungus gnat, etc) or anything the entire time I was in the store. Honestly, everything in the store just appears lovingly cared for. I'll definitely be back on my own, and my mother even said we should make it an annual tradition to visit here before Mother's Day and stock up on plants. Sign me up!

From day one, they have been responsive, prompt, really nice, and the work they do is phenomenal. They have taken down several dead trees on my property, they have done landscaping, and fall and spring cleanup for me, amongst other things that have come up. They do really thorough work and never leave a mess of any kind. I highly recommend them for any type of tree work and/or landscaping needs that you may have. I have been meaning to leave this review for months, but I keep forgetting to do it. The fees that they charge are absolutely fair and righteous for the excellent work that they do. And, the teams that have done my work are all really, really nice. I look forward to a long relationship with them moving forward! Kudos!

If a picture is worth a 1000 words it can also be worth $5000. I had Todd from Green Scapes working…read moreon my yard incrementally over two years, 2017-2018. He removed some yews I had planted and replaced them with Arbor Vitae in 2017. Last year I called and asked him to come over because the deer had destroyed them as well. Todd came over in June of 2018 and said he would return because there were things he could do to protect the trees. He never returned; additionally, he has never returned my phone calls. I had requested a hydrangea bush as well in 2017. In 2017 and 2018 he said, "I will look into it." Perhaps he has disappeared into a parallel universe of hydrangeas. I find Todd's behavior beyond unacceptable; it is both unethical and unprofessional. I have spoken to several landscapers in the area. They both agreed that an ESF student should know that deer love Arbor Vitae. I am not in an income bracket where $5000 is chump change. I would discourage anyone interested in hiring Green Scapes to look elsewhere. I would still like for this problem to be resolved. I am still extremely disappointed, Lee Conant P.S. I would have selected a zero rating, however, that's not an option.
