bought a Maytag washer which broke down after three months and have been waiting two months to get…read moremaytag to get us the part (fill sensor) . they refuse to issue a refund or replacement. good luck even reaching them once you leave HD with the machine and when you do they just spew their legal obligations under the terms of the warranty which are apparent zero. this is more about whirlpool than HD but HD should back up what they sell or at least tell the customer what they're in for. gone are the days when the retailer takes care of their customers and takes on the fight with the manufacturer instead of sentencing the customer to the laundromat indefinitely.
