Ordered a fridge for my 86 year old father. Took the day off. Got up at 5am, cleared out the old fridge. Waited 13 hours. They called and said there was too much snow on their wipers to deliver. They rescheduled. I took another day off the following week. Went out and shoveled and salted the driveway near the door. They showed up, stayed in their truck, never got out to look at the side doors that were cleared for them to get in and out. I walked out to them in my slippers because there was so little snow. They took a picture of the snow filled front yard and door, which was not the delivery door, so they could claim that they couldn't get to the door. I told them if they gave me three minutes, I could have the tiny bit of snow that landed in front of the delivery door (60 feet away from their truck that they never looked at). They rolled up their window and drove away, canceling the delivery. 20 minutes before they arrived, doordash pulled up in a small, 2 wheel drive car, and delivered to the door I had set up for delivery receipt. I called the store. The manager took my door and said she would call the delivery company amd get back to me. I called back 20 minutes later to find out she went to lunch instead of calling them. I called corporate. After 25 minutes, they told me that the drivers already left and they couldn't deliver it. I canceled the order, and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back so I can order one from Best Buy and hope that it gets here before Christmas. Terrible customer service. Pathetic delivery company that they contract with. Would not recommend.

I live in a small development behind the Clay store I shop occasionally mostly for convenience…read morehardware tools etc. however the parking lot is not lit at 5pm overhead sign never turned on that's outside, inside bathrooms are disgusting in general through out the store floors are not clean trash overflowing now last night 5:15 I did a walkthrough looking at woodworking tools I am shadowed by three employees okay I get it that is your loss prevention program everything Runnings sells I can get from Amazon in a day or 2 something is not right in this store employees are not very friendly and wander around aimlessly. In the old days of real retail, the store manager was on the floor meet greet and direct not here. Sadly I will take my money elsewhere.
