Ten minutes to 5p they call us saying there's an emergency and can't deliver. I almost lost my shit with the customer service girl but it's not her fault. I told them when they supposedly call back in an hour (like she said they would) to give me the earlier delivery time for tomorrow. You're lucky I had today and tomorrow off and didn't have to take off of work cause I would've been a very unkind human being if that were the case. Rain doesn't count as an emergency. Super unsatisfied with the way this was handled! Why not communicate this earlier? If they don't come tomorrow, I'm asking for a full refund cause this is ridiculous!
