She did so well in fact that they suggested trying to groom her without sedation next which would be amazing. Everyone there seems to really care about the dogs and doesn't just treat it like a chore. I have had bad grooming with my dogs in the past and wish I knew about this place sooner. The owner Jackie groomed my dog and asked lots of questions and really cared and wanted to know how she could make Luna more comfortable. Sadie was majorly matted and she tends to be very difficult at the groomer. Dawn shaved her down and made her look perfect, and somehow managed to still be so nice after many hours with my difficult pup. All the other ladies I met who worked there were also super nice.
