We were there first thing in the morning and treated professionally, respectfully and politely. Our first visit there the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. These dogs are not easy to groom and their recommendations as well as procedures were explained so there wasn't any confusion. Approximately 4 hour grooming. When we arrived to pick them up, both boys looked handsome and smelled amazing. They were just laying in safe location watching other dogs get the pampering they just received. You can tell this team has a lot of love for these animals and our boys gained some new friends! We will be back! Thank you all so much, Ross & Janice Langevin

The worst part was a couple days later (when he finally came out of hiding) I discovered that his nipples were shaved off. No, that's not an exaggeration . I could not recommend taking a cat there for grooming.

Danielle Basciano reached out and was able to set up an initial consultation (one of which she had to cancel and reschedule). During the consultation(via zoom) her connection was absolutely horrendous. Most of the call I couldn't understand her or there was a significant lag/glitch. During the call I started to take notes but she told me that wouldn't be necessary as she would send a full plan of her recommendation on how to treat the situation with product recommendations and a week by week plan with instructions on how to move forward. She also said she would be readily available throughout the process if I had questions or follow ups. So I waited a week giving her the benefit of the doubt. I then reached out multiple times to follow up on the material/plan and was absolutely ghosted by this business. It's now been six months and I received nothing. This business is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. I am in process of filing a claim with my bank. Other customers thinking of using this business be warned!

She met our friendly dogs and agreed to watch them the following weekend after LD. She asked me to text my email address so she could bill me prior to coming. 5 days went by and I did not receive a bill in my email so I texted her figuring she had a busy LD weekend pet sitting and it slipped her mind. No response. Texted her later that evening - no response. Called the next morning and left a voice mail - no response. At this point, I had 1 day left before I had to leave for a 4 day trip and had to scramble to find another dog sitter. I never received a text/email/nor did she come to the house (I have Ring). I wish my experience was different, she seemed so pleasant.

Lindsay started with a meet and greet, took detailed info about our pets and their needs, vet info, contact info, etc. She arrived for every visit on time, spent quite a bit of time with our guys and sent pictures after each visit. Our guys were pretty calm when we returned after 4 days, which has not been the case with previous sitters. She is insured and has the experience to deal with emergencies which made us comfortable leaving our elderly cat in her care. Overall a positive experience. We will use her again.

Wags is a full service grooming salon for all breeds of dogs and cats. Started by the Mallore…read morefamily after a life changing closure of an old business, they once boarded their dog who did not had a great experience. They decided they could do better, so they started Wags. Their salon is designed for a completely stress-free grooming experience. Along with gentle handling, they say your your furry companion will be pampered with the finest pet care products. My wife and I have had dogs for close to 10 years, but always had breeds that didn't require grooming. We recently inherited a little shih tzu a little over a year ago who needs regular grooming, and living out in Marietta, the wife and I looked for a place somewhat close to home to get him groomed. Wags is 10 minutes away and had good reviews, so we took him. He has been there several times since and they always do a good job. He goes in looking homeless and disheveled and comes out looking like he turned his life around. The groomers are always friendly and are usually able to fit us in somewhere within a week of us calling. Wags is a complete pet center as well, offering boarding and doggy daycare in addition to grooming and a self serve pet wash as well. Each dog gets its own room but is not left alone all day, and Mallore's sons -- who now run the business -- take each dog outside to go to the bathroom and take a walk rather than simply letting them outdoors on their own. We usually only use their grooming service, but have also left him for a couple hours of daycare before a grooming to get him nice and tired out. The prices are fair and he is always done by the end of the day. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because, I believe only the second time we left him to get groomed, we dropped him off about 9 in the morning. They said they'd call us when he was done, and around 5 pm, which is when they close, we still hadn't heard from them. I was out running errands anyway, so I stopped in, figuring he had to have been done or close to it. When I walked in, one of the groomers was working on a dog, while the other was sitting on the floor playing with another dog. I asked about my dog, and was told he hadn't been started yet. The groomer sitting on the floor goes "well, I can start him now if you wanna wait for him." Well, yeah, he's been here for 8 hours already, you're technically closed at this point, and you're sitting on the floor instead of working on my dog. Put a somewhat bad taste in my mouth at the time seeing as he'd already been there a full day, and who knows how much time had been wasted that he could've been worked on and home earlier. So I waited there another half hour for him to be done. Other than that experience, they have always been good, and we will continue to bring him here as long as we live near.
