I had never heard of this place before my mom suggested it and man was she right. I have a very…read moresweet dog who is afraid of being groomed so I have always had to sedate her but this place seems to have put her at ease as she looks amazing and did not come home stressed out for the first time In five years. She did so well in fact that they suggested trying to groom her without sedation next which would be amazing. Everyone there seems to really care about the dogs and doesn't just treat it like a chore. I have had bad grooming with my dogs in the past and wish I knew about this place sooner. The owner Jackie groomed my dog and asked lots of questions and really cared and wanted to know how she could make Luna more comfortable. This place is great especially for those problem dogs like mine. 10/10

And if it was a scab, why was there a ton of dry blood less than an hour later? And my dog wears a harness, not a collar, and only outside. So I would've felt it before. Just take responsibility and stop making excuses. Not coming back here. They were friendly enough and the cut was fine, but they failed to mentioned that they cut my dog in two different areas on his neck. When I called to find out what happened, the groomer said that he'd had a wart and it was cut. Well A) no he didn't. I think I'd know if he had since I pet him every day. And B) even if he did, they still should've told me that they cut him.

She's one of the nicest and most professional business owners I know. Sarge has a lot of anxiety, and she's always so patient and gentle with him. He was very friendly and welcoming as a new customer. I brought my 4 month old puppy in for grooming and they did a fantastic job. Far more than i was expecting since my dog is so active. Delia was the groomer and she was saying she was unsure how much she could accomplish on a first groom appointment with a puppy. Well, she has the magic touch, because she was able to fully groom my shaggy cockapoo. If you are looking for some friendly folks to do a great job with your pet, this is the place. Took our Rhodesian Ridgeback there forever. The last two years we complained that he had lumps on…read morehis body asking what they were from. Then he developed a severe limp and they put him on gabapentin, again we called and repeatedly brought him in for exams and consistently called about him having a problem with the drug not helping him. At this point I insisted on xrays and ultrasound be done, they had us do bloodwork and told us if we paid an extra $89 for an official pancreatitis test that would be definitive diagnosis that would give us the result that we needed. They could not perform an ultrasound so we had to take him to the emergency vet on Bridge Street in a Syracuse. Come to find out our dog did not have pancreatitis as the vet said the blood test revealed but had full pledge lymphoma, (his neck and jaw presented with hard nodules by the ex vet) and we had to put him down. The emergency vet said the blood test that Stacks office gave us for pancreatitis was not a definitive test for that. So which is it? So disgusted with the lack of concern given toward our dog. It wasn't until i insisted on testing because I was concerned of cancer that a closer look was finally given by the Stack Vet. Extremely upset that we had to put our dog down. Think twice about going there. They gouge you for pricing and never addressed his health until i threatened legal action.
