Extremely rude and unprofessional. They are use inappropriate language and are unkind. Its fact…read morethat they have scammed many people before with predatory business practices. They take advantage of folks with less than up to date tech knowledge. They are not a positive force in the community. I do believe it's the Bible that's says love thy neighbor. I really hope they rethink how the treat others.

My experience started out positive. I had a cracked screen on my computer laptop and took it to…read morethem for repairs. They told me that I saved a lot by going to them and not the 'big box' store. They ordered me a new digitizer and I paid them $107.11 (Part plus tax). They said that it would be shipped to them in a week or so. I finally stopped in about 3 weeks later and left my laptop to get fixed. I stopped back a couple of hours later and they told me that the screen that was shipped was cracked. They would have to order a new one. I told them that I would pay the labor charge now, so that once the screen was fixed, I would just pick it up. The labor charge was $81.00. I then waited a few more weeks and stopped there again. They said the screen was in and to give them a few hours to put it in. I returned a few hours later and they said they had the wrong screen. I told them to go ahead and order a new one. Long story short, this went on for several months with no resolve. I then asked for my money back on the screen and Tim agreed and kept saying he would credit my credit card. It still did not happen 6 months later. By now I was living in NC and was traveling back and forth to see family. I kept telling him to credit me for the part and they could keep the labor charges and he agreed. He said he was having a problem crediting my card as it was beyond 6 months and then he said he was going to send me a check. It has now been almost 8 months and still no refund. He does not answer my phone calls, messages, etc. It seems he does not want to make this right. I would encourage anyone doing business to make sure you only pay AFTER the service is completed. Not the right way of doing business. Mike C
