The company offered to do the repairs themselves or pay for the damages. They attempted to repair the damage rather than pay for it per their preference, but were unsuccessful. They have not answered further correspondence and the damages were taken from my security deposit. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend. In the days and hours just before we arrived in Ithaca, Robert was not responding to my calls, texts or emails... I should have seen the writing on the wall. Don't count on them to make your move easy - call a different company.
